Excellent appartements in every way possible. Beds & bed settee were very comfortable with nice bed linen and plenty of pillows. Air con was very efficient to keep the apartment nice and cool, option of 2 balconies with our pool facing apartment which was lovely to sit out in the morning and evening. All areas were kept very clean with housekeeping visiting during our 4 day stay. Pool area was lovely and clean, and had the bonus of a sheltered seating area during the very hot afternoons. Location also great, 5 minute walk to lovely restaurants and beach. Just round the corner we had the use of facilities at the Hotel Gabarda, which had another pool and bar with food options which was great for a light lunch.

Such a lovely apartment, pool is lush and the staff as so kind. I will definitely be returning here! Had breakfast in the check in hotel and it was absolutely beautiful 🤩 Adele on reception was amazing and helped us out with trips, taxis ect. Cannot fault this hotel

What a fantastic stay at the Martinez Apartment!! It was clean, well equipped, large, balcony overlooking the pool which was brilliant! And the view was fab!! Comfortable beds, I could go on and on! The hotel garbada over the road is brilliant, Antonia is the absolute best! And Adele is lovely and incredibly sincere and helpful, it was our second time here, first year we stayed in the hotel and this year the apartment, both were fantastic and we will be back next year☺️☺️

Found these recently renovated apartments on trip advisor and we were not disappointed. Quiet location approximately 7 minute walk to the beach. Very well appointed with all rooms appearing to have balconies. If you want the sun ask to book rooms overlooking the pool. (Small but useful on hot days) check in was easy at a hotel just around the corner with a very helpful and friendly lady. Good size lounge/diner and bedroom with two single beds. Kitchenette had a microwave and hob (no oven) as well as an under outer fridge. Only disappointment was that the fridge did not have a freezer compartment for ice. Would suggest these are added when the current fridges are replaced. Bathroom was a good size with a shower although as one or two other reviews have mentioned the sink is way to big for the available space and pretty much useless as the bowl was no more than an inch or so deep. No private parking on site but never had an issue finding a road side space. This may however be different in peak season.

Visited over Easter and were the first guests following a total refurbishment. They have done a great job! Fresh, airy and a really well equipped kitchen complete with grill microwave, kettle, toaster and 2 ceramic hob. Hairdryer in bathroom. Plenty of wardrobe space just missing an iron but probably could have asked. Would thoroughly recommend and look forward to returning.

I had been upgraded from the Naika apartments to the Martinez which was a really nice gesture, Antonio from the Hotel Gabarda was extremely helpful in the whole process as he was through out the week with any questions or information that i required.

Fab location, just 7 mins from the beach and food. We also got the local bus to travel to Palma (buses 104, 105, 106 & 107) & the airport (a11) a lot cheaper than Taxi & use Tap on Tap off with bank card. The bar is very reasonably priced Excellent and friendly staff Breakfast was amazing, with a great cook & selections. Aircon was great except the bedroom. Luggage room & showers for departure, they do offer late check-out at 20-30 Euro but they were fully booked. Pools were very well looked after, topped up and chemicals checked each day. No safe in the rooms, but you can rent a safety box around the corner from reception. Cleaning is every 2-3 days, we had to ask for more toilet roll from reception however Not very secure, just a lock and key for main door. Balcony is a hook and eye, the bedroom window didn't close fully so the hot air came in. Aircon didn't really reach the bedroom, had to set it on high fan and aiming at the bedroom to cool it down. Beds were a little hard but that's my preference!

Io e la mia amica siamo state qui cinque giorni verso la metà di giugno. gli appartamenti sono stati ristrutturati di recente, sono arredati in modo minimale ma funzionale, molto belli e accoglienti (le foto sono veritiere) nonché davvero molto puliti. Il servizio di pulizia è previsto e, nel nostro caso, sono venuti a rifare la camera e a pulire l'appartamento due volte per tutto il corso della nostra permanenza. Il complesso di appartamenti si trova dall'altro lato della strada rispetto all'Hotel Gabarda, a cui gli ospiti degli appartamenti Martinez possono fare riferimento per qualsiasi richiesta. Abbiamo trovato lo staff della reception molto cordiale e disponibile, sempre pronto ad accoglierci con un sorriso e ad aiutarci. Gli appartamenti distano circa cinque / dieci minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Palmanova, e giusto davanti al complesso c'è una fermata dell'autobus da cui passano, tra gli altri, gli autobus che portano al centro di Palma. Inoltre, il bus A11 è molto comodo per raggiungere l'aeroporto e ferma proprio a quella fermata. Se dovessimo tornare a Palmanova, sicuramente sceglieremo nuovamente gli appartamenti Martinez.
