"Requested a double bed but got a twin room which wasn’t great as it was our anniversary weekend away. First room air con didn’t work, moved to another without issue. Rooms not well sound proofed. Noisy guests too. Bathroom facilities lacking places to put toiletries etc. lifts very busy and slow. Overall average at best."

"I took two buses from the airport. It took about 20 minutes by bus to get to the city center. It was about a 10-minute walk to the beach, so it was great that I could go there easily both in the morning and at night! There was a delicious seafood restaurant nearby. I was initially given a double-bedded room, but since I was traveling with friends, I asked the front desk and they changed it to a twin room. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of cheeses, hams, fruits, and breads! I definitely recommend adding breakfast (you can add it locally for a fee). The pool was also beautiful. It was a very nice hotel."

"The service and our room was fantastic. The team went above and beyond to help me surprise my partner’s birthday. However I was little disappointed with the rooftop “pool”, the picture online was very deceptive and appears to be a little bigger/ deeper but it was just a small tub to splash your toes in.
But apart from that the staff was fantastic and very much aestically pleasing x"

"Located near the city center (about 10 minutes walk to the bus station and 18 minutes to the city center), the airport bus takes about 30 minutes from the hotel to the airport
The room is simple, the white exterior with transparent windows is very beautiful, the mini bar is free to drink but not restocked. There is a hair dryer but no kettle. There is a bug that sometimes the shower will suddenly have very hot water (I don’t know if it’s a problem with my room or all rooms)
The staff are very nice, they will greet you when you enter and leave the hotel, you can also ask them for hot water, and there is a bicycle rental service at the front desk.
The breakfast is delicious, a large disc-shaped bread that is a local specialty is delicious."

"Beautiful boutique hotel, very clean and well appointed. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Ideally locate in the old town. We stayed in a double deluxe room in order to be able to have the option of twin beds as it was a mother and daughter trip. Lovely Mollton Brown products in the bathroom, Illy coffee machine in the room and a kettle upon request so we could make tea. Minibar very well stocked. We enjoyed a nice glass of cava as a welcome drink. Continental breakfast was fresh and plentiful with the option of scrambled eggs. Would stay again if in Palma."

"The hotel is located not too far from the city center, and the public transportation is very convenient. It takes 5 minutes to walk back to the airport bus. There are many restaurants nearby, and it is also close to the attractions. The hotel suite is large, air-conditioned, well decorated, and very comfortable to live in. There is a luggage storage service, which is very modern and recommended."

GGuest UserWe loved our stay at Hotel Joan Miro Museum. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the swimming pool was large and well-maintained. There is free parking nearby if you are lucky to find a space, but we paid 10 euros per day for underground parking, which was recommended by the hotel. The location is just a five or 10-minute walk to the beach with some shops and cafes nearby. The staff also sent a bottle of Cava to our room for my boyfriend's birthday even though we didn't even tell them we were celebrating! We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Palma.

GGuest UserWe really enjoyed staying in this hotel for 6 nights, it was extremely clean, and the staff were second to none! Helpful, polite and always have a smile! Would 100 percent recommend this hotel. The spa and pool were excellent, and again very clean! A big Thankyou to all the staff here, from reception to cleaners absolutely fantastic! Well done team hotel artmadams!

GGuest UserThe cleanliness was a bit disappointing, but the staff provided good service, and I was happy that I could eat breakfast for free. If you are thinking of cost-effectiveness, I recommend it. I also recommend staying here for one day and going to another good place.

GGuest UserThis was a quick trip but the hotel was very nice inside. The room was great for and us and very comfortable with great views over the harbour. There was construction works happening on the outside (front) but that didn’t really matter to us as we were only there for the weekend. The pool was a nice temperature on a hot day and although we couldn’t get a sunbed (arrived at the pool around lunch time) we had a lovely breakfast and the ice cold beer definitely helped us to relax.
The nightlife around the hotel can be a little loud due to the number of sports/Irish bars near by and it made the walk home from the city interesting. However the atmosphere was good and we didn’t mind at all. If you had kids then it could be a little intimidating I would think.
We also checked in very late (after midnight) which wasn’t a problem at all and we got our room straight away
Overall we’d definitely consider staying here again.

GGuest UserI booked a double room with a sea view for single use for one night in the eight-story hotel without breakfast. I knew the hotel from driving past. It doesn't look very appealing from the outside, but it's surprising when you enter. Everything looks freshly renovated and clean. The staff at reception were very friendly. I had a room on the 7th floor and was very satisfied. The hotel is in the second row, the beach and promenade are just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel, which, like its sister hotels Pamplona and Caballero, also located on Playa de Palma, belongs to the BG group, has a spa and sports area and a small indoor pool. I didn't eat any meals. There are only a relatively few German channels on the TV, the most important of which are ZDF, RTL, Vox, 3 Sat, ZDF Info, RTL 2. Das Erste and 3 programs are missing.
Positive: I forgot my tablet in the room. The chambermaid found it and honestly handed it in at reception. I picked it up a day later. Thank you for your honesty!

GGuest UserMy positive experience with Hotel Mirador in Palma, Mallorca began as soon as I entered the lobby. I was greeted warmly at the desk where they solved several problems with my booking which was made by Trip.com. Specifically, for some reason my reservation was in the name of a Trip.com employee and not me! Second although I had booked for two nights with continental breakfast, the reservation was made for one night with lunch and dinner and a SEPARATE reservation was made for one night with no meals. Third, a reservation was made for a ”Family” room instead of a single as I requested. This made my stay more expensive than I planned for.
Through all of these difficulties the staff at the Hotel Mirador treated me exceptionally well and made many phone inquires until I was able to get a room.
