Well, Palma was love at first sight but Puro definitely made it GRAND. Located in the delightful maze of lanes in the now considerably upscale Old Town, the hotel was the perfect base for my week stay in this gorgeous city. An atmosphere of quiet charm pervades this historic building, which was obviously a royal private residence in the past. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious and the little extras like a welcoming drink and daily chocolates much appreciated. But above all, it was the staff that truly made an impression on me. Camila, Luciano, Natalia and Anna at reception were always friendly and helpful. And Gabriela in the dining room was a delight. I shall definitely return, hopefully in the near future.

The Puro Grand is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Superbly decorated, a chilled atmosphere and only 16 bedrooms. Lovely courtyard with Olive trees to have a drink or food in. The hotel is well positioned for the cities main sights. Bedroom was a good size with everything you could ever need. The breakfast could be a la carte or help your self from the buffet, plenty of choice. Cava available with breakfast too! Staff were very helpful and attentive without being overbearing. I’m sure we will return.

This hotel is absolutely amazing, staff are so attentive and kind. The beds are so comfortable along with the aircon you will have a perfect sleep in the heat. Even though the hotel is in the middle of the city, it is quiet even with its central location. Breakfast is delicious with a lot of healthy options to enjoy. We can’t wait to come back!

This is an exceptional hotel with top quality fell and very friendly staff. Location is so central yet peaceful. It was a joy to stay in the hotel right from check in to check out. I cannot praise ALL of the staff for their enthusiasm and warm interactions. Puro Hotels have a diamond of a hotel here which I highly recommend for a stay.

We had a delightful stay and cannot praise the staff highly enough. They were friendly, attentive, kind and very helpful to all of our requests. The hotel is beautiful and peaceful, which is such a bonus when staying in the city. There was no noise waking us up and we were also able to relax on the rooftop. There were plenty of towels, and we could call room service for food and beverages to this area which was a bonus. The top lounger with the panoramic views was a particular highlight. We didn't have breakfast included, but ordered off the menu and found it to be both delicious and great value. We will certainly return again.

We stayed at the Pura hotel in Palma and it was fabulous the staff were very friendly and helpful the room was lovely and the bed was SO comfy ! It has a great roof terrace too and a lovely restaurant. We had relaxing massages and it was so easy to get around Palma due to the great location in the old town we will definitely be back again and Would highly recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

We had an absolutely top notch experience from check-in to check-out at the Puro Grand Hotel. The Oasis suite was beautiful and spacious with comfortable bedding and nice toiletries. The bathroom was luxurious and the photos on the website don't do it justice. The hotel itself is in a great location convenient to everything and the staff was amazing and truly caring. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Palma.
