We loved this hotel, it was both a customised and unique experience with lots of memorable details. We were rebooked here from Hotel Nakar Palma last minute due to a system error and we felt so lucky to be here. The hotel pays a tribute to the Marrakesh architectural design and includes the Arab culture in the room facilities as well. Service was extraordinarily good and accommodating. Breakfast was top notch, both the mini buffet as well as ordering a la carte were excellent. Thank you very much again to the very hostile staff, it was a great pleasure to staying here!!

The details were everything! We loved the vibe and moody look and the hotel smelled amazing! We regretfully only stayed one night but wished we had been able to spend more time at the Palma Riad. It was the perfect way to end our vacation in Mallorca. The staff was most attentive and helpful and we’d recommend this hotel to friends and family. We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the Palma Riad Hotel recently. We were upgraded to one of their largest suites with one of the biggest four poster beds I have ever seen and same for the bath tub. The rooms are decorated in a dark and exotic way with nice touches like tvs in the antique mirrors. The staff were great and helped us out with anything we asked for. In a great location in the old town minutes from the shops, restaurants and cathedral. Would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to return.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. We were delighted to be kindly upgraded to a larger suite, which was beautifully designed—spacious, luxurious, and full of character. The hotel’s ambiance is dark, sexy, and utterly unique—from the dramatic lighting to the rich textures and exotic décor, every detail has been thoughtfully curated to create a truly immersive experience. The bar is beautiful, with an inviting, moody atmosphere perfect for an evening drink. One of our favorite parts of the stay was enjoying breakfast in the stunning courtyard. Surrounded by lush greenery and elegant design, it felt like a secret oasis. The breakfast itself was excellent, with a delicious selection of pastries and cooked options to suit every taste. This is a must-stay in Palma—a boutique hotel that offers not just accommodation, but an unforgettable experience.

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location is amazing, very central to shops, sights, and restaurants. Staff was very good- Carlos in particular was top notch. Incredibly helpful and very kind. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel smelled great, everything was clean, and overall an exquisite hotel

Stayed at this beautiful hotel last week and absolutely loved it. I always try to find somewhere to stay that’s a little bit quirky or different and the decor here was amazing - dark and grown up with a really cool vibe. The front of house staff were so friendly and helpful, the breakfasts were delicious and the rooms were gorgeous and luxurious. Ideally located in a quiet street in the old town, 5 minutes walk from the cathedral. Completely loved everything about this hotel and would stay again in a heartbeat 🖤
