The overall experience of staying at the hotel is great. We’ve tried the restaurant affiliated. The food was ok, acceptable, depending on what you order.

Good location but is uphill. Nice pool area and quick walk to the beach

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Joan Miro Museum in Palma, Mallorca and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. This hotel is a true gem, located just a short distance from the city center and a stone's throw away from the beach. Nice and clean pool area with gym access. The hotel's commitment to art and culture, combined with its excellent amenities and top-notch service, make it a true standout among the city's many hotels.

The hotel is really good, the staff is friendly and they do everything possible to make your stay pleasant. However, the room did not have a double bed but two comfortable single beds all the same. But the most annoying thing is the simple glazing and the curtains which let in light. For a four star and quite surprising but the stay still went well and the kindness of the staff really adds to a satisfactory experience, thanks to their daily work! Ps: don't hesitate to have breakfast, it's buffet style and it's really good! In addition, if you have to take the plane the next day before the buffet opens, you will be entitled to a good pic-nik prepared by them ☺️

Nice hotel, very friendly staff, fantastic breakfast. Ideal for the summer period as it is close to the sea. In this period, having to reach the city by bus, it took 30 minutes. However, a good hotel

Everything was very good. We would have liked to have a television with internet to put on a series or something, but everything else was great.

Good facilities and service. We left our luggage on the day of departure and picked it up at night at no cost.

Very friendly and charming staff.

Stayed for two days. A very old hotel. And the hair dryer doesn't work well, clogs both in the shower and in the sink. If the windows overlook the pool (and, accordingly, the main entrance), then it is very noisy. You can hear everyone who comes in and out and who sings and how the garbage is taken out. We were there in May 2022. The check-in went without any problems and went quite quickly. We were told where breakfast and dinner take place, as well as the pool and bar. The hotel room we had was clean and modern in decor with a mini bar, large bed, air conditioning and a nice balcony overlooking the sea. The breakfast was very good, there was something for everyone, they also had gluten and lactose-free options. The breakfast chef also makes fresh fried eggs and omelettes. The service from the entire hotel team was courteous and very friendly. In the area there is a very nice beach, as well as shops and restaurants where there is something for everyone. Public transport is modern and runs regularly. We really enjoyed our vacation and we can definitely recommend the hotel.

Very good trea**ent always

We stayed for just 4 nights to explore the coast and beaches. The hotel was perfectly located for public transport. All staff were helpful and kind. Our bedroom was compact but nice and bathroom shower was great. We were upgraded on arrival as our allocated room - with balcony- overlooked a concrete grey wall. We’d have been disappointed to have stayed in that room and would have checked out after two nights.

Poor experience- advertised as having parking but it was 10 minutes away. Hotel not in a nice area and standard of accommodation was not 4 star

Staff were very friendly. Samuel did great omelettes. Estelle really helpful receptionist. Easy to get number 4 bus to Palma or beaches. Really good swimming pool. Rooms good size and breakfast nice too. Will stay again.
