Palacio Can Marqués was one of the best hotel experiences we have had anywhere. The hotel itself is located in a beautiful well restored palace in the heart of Palma walking distance to many things, yet quite peaceful and private. Our suite was full of character, from a fully stocked library to unique decorations. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend a stay here.

Me and my mum stayed here for a short weekend trip. We had the most amazing time, the hotel and room was beautiful, everyone within the hotel is lovely and very attentive - ensuring that they made the hotel feel like home for the time we were there. We will definitely me returning later on in the year, I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!

Exceptional…. Fantastic location and absolutely beautiful historic building close to all amenities but what makes this place extra special is the welcoming atmosphere created by the staff. Matias, Antonia, Meriem, in fact everyone here is super friendly and helpful really going the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. Will definitely be back

We have just returned from a week's stay at the Palacio Can Marques hotel in Palma. It is a very special hotel and we loved staying there. The location is great, right in the historic centre and near to everything you would wish to visit; the sea promenade, the marina, excellent restaurants, the Cathedral, the Palace, and many galleries and museums. The historic train station to Soller and the bus station is within easy walking distance. The bus service is excellent (cheap and efficient) and we went to Valdemossa, Deia (in the mountains) and Alcudia on separate days and they are well worth a visit. Breakfast is super and made to order in addition to a buffet of fruit, pastries and lots more. The staff are so very friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them and a special thanks and recognition needs to go to Anay, Antonia and Matias who gave us such useful advice and tips. The room was excellent. A very comfy bed and linen and the room was cleaned every day to a high standard. Fresh bottles of water were left every day and it was no trouble to get them refilled. Overall a five star hotel providing a five star service and we recommend it highly.

The hotel is situated in a great location in the heart of the old town. On entering the hotel you can’t help being impressed by the foyer and courtyard which have a beautiful layout. Our room was the renaissance suite which was stunning! The restaurant is dimly lit but this adds to the ambiance. The food was excellent as is the service not just in the restaurant but by all the staff who are all very friendly. Miriam on reception was especially helpful and couldn’t do enough for you!

The first room offered had 16 steep steps from the room to the en-suite. My husband is 78! The only other available room apparently (in the half full hotel)was fetid and we had to spend the night there. The staff were well aware that it stank as they had tried to disguise it with air freshener. We could not even hang our clothes in the wardrobe as it stank The third room we were moved to was good. They charged us a supplement as it was a further upgrade to the room we had paid for The breakfast room is in a dark badly lit basement The location of the hotel is good They charged us junior staff are good The management need a course in guest relations

A beautifully restored estate right in the heart of Palma close to all amenities. he decor is reminiscent of an earlier time when class and style were uppermost in mind when buildings were constructed. What sets this hotel apart, however, is the most welcoming and attentive staff I have met in a long time.
