Summum Boutique Hotel, member of Meliá Collection

What a fantastic hotel! One of the best I have ever stayed in. All the staff were so welcoming and kind. We were made to feel so special and nothing was too much trouble. My husband and I were in Palma to celebrate my 50th birthday and I’m so happy we chose Summum Boutique Hotel for this special stay. Breakfast was amazing - quality ingredients and a lovely selection. Coffee and juices were superb and the service was, of course, excellent! The building itself has been tastefully and cleverly renovated with touches of the old mixed with the modern - very charming! Thank you to Summum staff for making my birthday so wonderful. A memory of a lifetime!

The hotel was exceptional. From the check in to departure. The staff are wonderful and the ladies especially were just a joy. The hotel is beautiful inside..a real oasis in the hot city. We rented the top floor jacuzzi for several hours one day and had a wonderful time, likewise with the spa. All very small but really well done and intimate. I'd 100% recommend stopping here. We had a suite which was big enough for 2 finds staying (had twin beds) really comfortable with comfy bedding etc and ample wardrobe space for 2 girls for a long weekend. Couldn't fault it! We will return. Thank you!

My husband and I chose this amazing hotel for the first half of our summer vacation. Laura is the star of the show! The attention to details are evident as soon as you walk in and are greeted with a welcome beverage and invitation to relax and make it your home as well. The evening turn downs and the daily breakfasts were quite nice. We used the spa one of the nights but wish we had used it every evening to unwind from all the walking we did. We had the perfect room, and when my in-laws arrived they were given an amazing room as well. I would have loved for Equus to be open when we were there because the old restaurant looked inviting and added to the history of the old home the hotel now inhabits. We will be back and plan to do nothing but relax next time. We have stayed in boutique hotels before, and this one takes the prize! No complaints. One suggestion would be to have a brief happy hour for guests in the evening. Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel. We were only a 10 min walk from so many things (shopping, dining, museums, etc.). The hotel really is a hidden gem in this beautiful city.

Fabulous little boutique hotel in an old building sympathetically renovated to the surrounding style. Such friendly and helpful staff, huge comfy beds and facilities. Very close to all areas of the old city. Superb breakfasts that can be taken inside or out on the terrace. The rooftop terrace is very small but we did not need to use it anyway.

What a gem of a hotel in central Palma, 5 star service all the way, staff so friendly and welcoming for our 4 night stop for my 50th birthday celebrations.Location is perfect as it’s in a quiet street but short 2 min walk to the bustling centre and paseo del borne and the beautiful cathedral.
