Superb location. The hotel is small but very neat and tidy. Everything provided but a staff thats warm and welcoming. There is very nice history to the hotel and has some original parts like the beautiful door. Michelin star restaurants only 30 seconds away too.

We booked here through Jet 2 holidays and wow it was amazing. The hotel is stunning and the refurbishment work that has been done is stunning. Every single member of staff was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast had everything from fresh fruit & yogurt, hams & cheeses and freshly made eggs. Our room was on the 3rd floor and was spotless. I was delighted as it had a GHD hairdryer and straighteners! The location is great as it’s so central yet peaceful as you’re tucked away in a quiet street. We were totally pampered and already we can’t wait to return. Thank you to all the staff.

We stayed as a couple in this beautiful palace in a very convenient spot in Palma, a short stroll from everything. I literally cannot find a single fault with this amazing small boutique hotel. A massive thank you to all the staff but especially Nadia , the service is above and beyond . We arrived by hire car and a staff member drove our car away to be parked securely. After welcome drink of Cava we were shown to our beautiful room. The rooms are of very high quality with every possible accessory, massive showers, thick towels, comfy beds… you name it, it’s a struggle to leave the luxury to discover the wonderful city that Palma is. We’ve found our go to spot to stay now, and would advise anyone considering to, just book it, you will not be disappointed.

The hotel is in a great location in Palma old town, in a wonderful historic building with easy access to historic sights and plenty of bars/restaurants. Great rooms and exceptional service from staff, who made us feel so welcome and looked after.

We have just spent the last 5 nights in a truly remarkable hotel, located in a quiet area of the old Town. The character of the hotel is incredible, a fantastic luxurious and perfect place. The staff are amazing, highly trained, providing a very professional service, attentive and friendly. We were greeted by Alicia who was an absolute star and a real credit to the Melia Group. A memorable stay and without doubt we will be returning to the Best hotel.

Very lovely modern central hotel with a soul and history. The stuff was amazing! Super clean as well. Parking facilities available just ask the receptionist. Breakfast was good, eventhough pastries were missing (it had only croissants). I really liked my stay and i l’ definitely come back
