Beautiful place but really poor and unprofessional service with dirty rooms...the one given to us had food stored by others and used beers in the fridge. We asked for a bathtub in the room and we arrived and they gave us one with a shower and sink outside the bathroom. for the price paid, for a day use the value of the service does not correspond.

We were here on August 15th, but despite the public holiday the situation was very quiet, because the number of people who can access it is limited. A whopping €125 just to access the pool, without staying overnight, for a service that isn't even worth €20. Considering already being in the hinterland area, in a place where such a figure is already ridiculous, but oh well, if one wants to feel comfortable, like us, just pay, but at the very least they would like to be treated with equal merit to the amount paid. The structure is new and very nice, but infested with flies that stick to you. The disorganized bar, the guys who work there are very slow, although very kind. They brought us a Spritz (€9) and a tea by hand without a tray, and after asking for a tray to take everything to the poolside, and two straws, because drinking from the glass with ice falling on your face is not the maximum and not even hygienic, another 15 minutes passed, the Spritz practically became water, which it already was before, but even more so afterwards. There is no restaurant, but there is still the possibility of ordering "food"... you eat under the umbrella, or on picnic-style benches in the pine forest, for the modest sum of €20.00 for a plate of trofie with pesto 😳 Not even in the best seafood restaurant on the sea. And among other things they were also raw, but raw raw, inedible. And I speak as a person who is used to going to places of a certain level, and expensive ones, but here they really went beyond the limit. Final gem, no hot showers. Paying is fine, but when the treatment is worth it. I've paid less at places where the service was excellent. I felt cheated here. First and last time.

Siamo stati in questa struttura con amici. Le eventuali defaiance presenti sono compensate dalla cortesia, simpatia e gentilezza del personaale presente in particolare di Ciro che è stato un eccellente Cicerone.. Camere confortevoli, piscina stupenda colazione accettabile anche se in un ambiente quasi religioso per il silenzio.
