My husband and I planning a trip to relax, we choose palms spring in the Los Reyes hotel.we have a very nice and relax days. We swimming and we been in the Jacuzzi we was happy and we spend time together. That was the plan..

Property scared us at firat but turned out better than expected. When you look at rooms from pool in center & rooms are all fun colours & look good from outside, looks run down. Beds are super springy and not very comfortable in our opinion.

Save $40 or more here, pretty run down property. Poor maintenance. Queen size bottom sheet on double bed, toilet out of adjustment leaking water and large puddle around toilet, overflowing through flush handle 60 minutes after flush.

Not unusual for the industry but the online pictures looked much better than the room we received. Our other friends also staying there, experienced the same. For the price point, we didn’t expect too much but this was pretty bad. Tiny shower without even one shelf to put your soap, shampoo, etc. We had a water bug or roach in the bathroom as did our friends. The furniture was beat up and the full wall mirror was a repurposed sliding closet door. There was a small fridge and microwave which was good. If you’re looking for an inexpensive place to stay in Palm Springs, this may work for you, but I’ll spend a little more $ and get a nicer place when we return next year.

The location is excellent and the staff good natured & helpful. I suggest booking one of their Modern updated rooms. They’ve dressed up the motel with bright paint, basic room appliances but it’s a bit worn at the edges. Very attractive affordable rates, so bring your own bathrobe, pillow, tissues, morning amenities.

It was a great location, a reasonable price, had a nice hot tub and pool and the staff were very friendly. Excellent for a budget type property.

It's not the Hilton by any means but from staying there often we became friends with the "guy" Steve and he's been more than accommodating with us during our stays. Nice people, cozy atmosphere and for the price, you can't beat it. It's no wonder they're sold out most of the time

Didn't like the adjoining room. Didn't feel safe. Slept with light on. Otherwise the room was very nice and spotless. The staff very pleasant and eager to help.
