I have stayed at this older but well-maintained resort many times and love the secluded, quiet and beautiful resort. Two beautiful pools, close to restaurants, shopping and downtown Palm Springs. Always and great, friendly and helpful staff. I always can't wait to get down there and hate to leave.

Older property in sync with mid-century vibe. Clean, nicely appointed. Kitchen and bathroom cabinetry could use updating, but furniture, appliances, windows, floors newer. Quiet part of town , not far from center, bus stop nearby. Not posh, but well maintained older property. My studio room very large, king bed and sofa bed, large full kitchen.

This is a very comfortable place with large well-maintained units. Location is excellent, with a residential street fell, but just off a main thoroughfare. Located close to restaurants and shopping. Friendly staff with good maintenance

I have stayed at The Villas several times over the years and have always had wonderful stays and great vacations. Quaint, smaller boutique hotel that is close to downtown Palm Springs, shopping and restaurants, it always feels like you have the resort to yourself, even when the resort is full of guests. It also has the unique advantage of being pet friendly, which is a rarity with timeshare properties. The staff is always friendly, accommodating and helpful.

We will be going back. This was my 2nd year stay and very pleased overall about our stay. The staff was friendly and the grounds well taken care of. The units inside are a bit tired ( needs painting, decorating and new kitchen cupboards and counters ) and need some attention. But a comfortable place to stay.
