Fulfilled our expectations, new apartments, fully equipped and spacious balcony. Garden is perfectly orientated and plenty of sunbeds. Really relaxed atmosphere and perfect place to relax away from the crowd at Las Americas. Max 15 min in a taxi if you want to go there for dinner or shopping.

Palm Mar is a slowly developing area so it is pretty quiet. Accomodation is really good for the price although they do overcharge a bit for the convenience buys. Staff were nice too except for the curly dark haired girl at reception. She has a really bad attitude. Every day she was grumpy. She should not work in the hospitality industry

It was good but only thing bad was that you have to pay to play biljard.It was not good because we needed to walk 2 km to sea.The minigolf is fun just a little bit deformed.But its a good place overall.I would recommend coming here. I am just yapping because i have to have 200 words.

We really enjoyed our stay in these apartments. The check in staff at the complex were really friendly and helpful. In fact - they were exceptional. So friendly, professional and helpful. I had already sent them a request for an apartment with not much walking from the entrance, due to the fact that I am awaiting knee surgery. They respected my request and were given the easiest apartment available access-wise. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean. There was everything we needed - dishwasher, washing machine, really good shower, fully equipped kitchen and all very new and clean. The bed was really comfortable. As Palm-Mar seems to be an upcoming resort, there are lots of building works going on nearby, but they did not really bother us. Work seemed to stop around 2.30 pm. We didn’t pay for the parking in the complex, but parking on the road just outside was never a problem for us. All in all, I can recommend these apartments to anyone, as they are clean, well appointed, and the staff super friendly. Thank you very much for an enjoyable stay. I would recommend that, if you are visiting the resort of Palm-Mar, you rent a car. We visit the Canary Islands frequently, and always use Cicar - exceptional service.

A very nice hotel, a real estate in a remote town under construction. They are quite touristy, and watch out for the smell mentioned in the reviews - it is a very strong smell of horse dung or garbage. Nice service, although the knowledge of English varies from very good to poor or non-existent. The attractions mentioned by the hotel, such as the swimming pool, gym and mini golf, are only open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., which is a big minus..

These apartments are excellent. Only one downside no air con. But had a good fan which we found ok. They have everything you want including hob fridge freezer washing machine and dishwasher. Bed is large and comfortable. Pool area is very chilled out with plenty of good quality sun beds. Shower gel hand wash Washing up liquid dishwasher tablet and wash pod supplied. Some excellent restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend these self catering apartments.

A very comfortable apartment, very clean, with air conditioning in all rooms, a new and well-kept kitchen, everything very clean, the pool with plenty of sun loungers, no noise at night, ideal for going with family or friends. We will come back.

The treatment of the reception staff has been excellent, very good professionals. Very well-equipped facilities and the perfect environment to relax. The apartments have everything so we don't miss anything. Having all the appliances made our stay easier.
