OMG - this hotel is amazing! We went for my mom’s 83rd and while we stay here twice a year, this experience was phenomenal thanks to Devon. Not only did she and Michael give me the perfect room, she gave my parents their dream room! This is the best hotel with a boutique feel and all the wants and needs you have. The pool bar staff is phenomenal- tysm Trent and Neil and to the lovely young ladies making coffee every morning- you rock too. The cleaning staff and maintenance staff is off the charts- hurry up and book now- you sooo won’t be disappointed.

It’s a very beautiful resort. The room was enough room for a family. We had full kitchen to prepare meals for the kids. The patio opened to a nice pond snd golf course. The pools were kept clean and there were plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas for the guests. We had a great time. 😎👍
Best Western Plus Palm Desert Resort

In Las Vegas, many hotels pay a resort fee. Best Western Hotel does not require a resort fee and breakfast. Breakfast is an American breakfast and you can make waffles yourself. Drive to Las Vegas Boulevard in less than ten minutes. Very good value for money.
Residence Inn Palm Desert

Very tired property that needs total renovation. Avoid it and use new Courtyard Marriott next to it. Carpet stained, drapes torn, poor quality bedding and linens. Cheap plastic shower stall. Motel 6 ambiance at Marriott price. Only bright spot was a cheerful staff at the checkin.
JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa

To be honest this resort wasn’t our first choice for a girls trip - but I found us a great deal and it had decent reviews. We arrived late at night and were impressed by the spacious entry way. Check-in was quick and easy - although the front desk clerk was perhaps not the most friendly. I asked if he had any tips for us - it was our first time to the area and he said, “umm Palm Springs is about 30 min away”. Yep we just flew in so that’s one thing we did know We had the choice between the main building and outer building. I didn’t know what that meant so I went with main and I’m glad we did. We were in the 6th floor, not far from an elevator which was handy for the Oasis pool area Breakfast in the morning at Rockwood was fantastic. Between the group we tried the American breakfast and Wet Burrito on the first day and it was ll fantastic. The rest of the trip we opted for the buffet. At $32 a person including beverages it was a great deal. The buffet included fruits, bagels and breads, smoked salmon and meats, breakfast potatoes, bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, waffles and an omelet station. On the weekend they had a crepe station. The pastry selections were fantastic and delicious. There were 3 pools in the Oasis pool area- a lap pool, larger pool and “upper deck”. The upper deck is just a smaller pool that seemed to be more of an overflow area - would have made sense to be an adults only pool but wasn’t. There were some VIP chairs but for $75 were completely unnecessary on our trip. We had no problem finding pool chairs near the pool and under umbrellas . Water stations around the pool were a nice touch The first day we had one pool server who was amazing and went above and beyond. Think his name was Connor. The next day we had a server that gave us a sign to raise when we wanted help…they sold pool floaties and I asked if we purchased one did the pool in gate them for us…most resort pools do…. She was offended I implied she might blow up the floaty and said we could do it ourselves or try to get a pool boy to do it but she brought the drinks. Ummm. Definitely didn’t expect our server to inflate a floaty - sorry I asked Pool drinks were great. Skip the nachos but the quesadilla was great and only $13 The lobby shop was inflated more than I expected but had a great selection of things you may have forgotten at home - also had pool floaties for $13 compared to $18-25 at the pool. The resort had a lot of fun things to do that we didn’t have time for - mini golf, outside lawn games and boat rides. The hotel bar looked fun and was centrally located Overall a very good stay - exceeded our expectations and I think we’ll be back! Definitely get the breakfast!

We are here right now and I am disguested and disappointed with this hotel. We are in room 233 and when we got into the room, the first thing we noticed was that the carpet floor was soppy wet and then when we walked from the wet carpet onto the tile, it left dirty footprints because the carpet is so filthy. I will not let my children walk around without shoes. The tile is not even clean and is sticky when you walk across it. I'd hoped the balcony would make up for it but it is the worst view I have ever seen, looking into a run down utility area and what looks like an electrical substation over the fence, complete with rotting random boards that look like they've been laying there for years. After we got in the bed, the fridge started making this horrendous noise. Reservation for 3 people, but only 2 towels for the bath. They don't give you those little shampoo bottles, and instead have shampoo dispensers stuck to the shower wall, and of course ours is not only caked about with old shampoo that wasn't cleaned off, but after I cleaned it off, it was totally clogged, so I didn't even get to wash my hair good. Lots of things about the room look dated, like the door handles that have little tinges of rust, and the fire/sprinkler on the bathroom wall that is rusting through the thick layers of paint. There were many things that weren't clean to standard, with crumbs and hairs in the corners. I am sad we wasted a day here, and even though we have reservations for another day, I'm considering abandoning the 2nd day reservation to stay elsewhere. We have checked the coffee 3 times since getting here, and not once was the coffee in the lobby hot. I am not usually a complainer, and this is only about the 2nd hotel review I've ever left.
