The hotel is relatively old, but the maintenance is OK. The service is average.
Facilities: Very complete, especially the kitchen, which has everything. People who love to cook are blessed.
Environment: The bedroom window is next to the corridor, which is relatively poor. There is a golf course outside the balcony, which is very beautiful.
Service: No one answered the front desk call for a long time. But the attitude of the front desk and the shuttle bus driver was very good.

Issue with booking a room with a balcony, and then being given a room with no balcony, instead of trying to help was told don't book off *******. Broken toilet. Can't watch TV in bed (fixed doesn't pivot). No late checkout. Charge $25 a day parking. I use to come here multiple times a year, but probably not anymore.

Second time staying at this place, first time was super excellent. This time was just good because they gave me a smaller room and I pay a little more this time, maybe because my room wasn’t ready and they gave me what they had

We took this trip to celebrate my son's birthday and Mother's Day. Upon our arrival, we were disturbed by the guests in the unit above us, who were stomping around and yelling very loudly. Additionally, we could hear conversations from other guests early in the morning, as the walls seemed paper-thin.
Our one-bedroom villa had old contact lenses scattered all over the bedroom floor. My son stepped on about seven pairs, which was quite unappealing. We attempted to check out by phone but couldn't reach anyone for over 30 minutes.
Furthermore, the restaurant was closed for renovations, which was disappointing, especially considering the hefty price per night. Overall, I wouldn't stay there again.

Below average for a Marriott property.
This property looks a little tired and could use fresh paint in the exterior hallways and stairs. We were given a Villa that overlooked a construction area, very disappointing for the money we spent.
