The Reef House Adults Retreat

Fabulous from the time we walked in & met Cedric to our final night and an amazing degustation dinner. The rooms are so calming & ours overlooked both pools. Bedding is very luxurious too! The staff are super friendly and the general environment & decor is sophisticated & very calming. The Food is the Best & afternoon Punch & Canapes, a great way to interact with other guests.

For a 5 star home away from home experience then this is the place for you. Total relaxation in a beautiful setting and being spoilt at the same time. So many experiences such as the amazing Alacarte breakfast which includes barista coffee; poolside butler service; poolside sorbet at 3pm; poolside cold refresher towels; cocktail making session; wine tasting experience; Brigadier bar where we can serve ourselves and we attended the cultural session with Sean who was informative, talented on the didgeridoo and had a great sense of humour. We had a spa on our balcony which was ready again for us the next day. Housekeeping were wonderful. There were 2 pools and 2 spa's. This is a place for adults only so it is peaceful. The staff at the restaurant were the best I have experienced anywhere. The chef was simply first class. I recommend making an appointment with the Reef House Spa and get a massage and a facial and you will walk out feeling great. I recommend the high tea as one of the best eaten, also the seafood platter. You will be amazed. The whole place felt like home and the staff were always smiling and friendly. All in walking distance to most things in Palm Cove, including the beach across the road. Go here. You will love it.

What a totally luxe experience. Everything down to the finest details was exceptional. From the moment of check in we were spoiled. The room was very well appointed with the comfiest of beds and with the bonus of a roomy verandah. The grounds and pools are gorgeous and the perfect place to relax. Signature touches like sorbet served around the pool daily and the punch and canapes in the afternoon provide a chance to mingle with other guests if you choose. I cannot fault the restaurant. Absolutely delicious meals that were perfectly sublime. The staff were all extremely helpful and welcoming. The most magical holiday ✨️

As soon you walk in, you instantly feel at home! Such a beautiful and relaxing space. The inclusions are amazing and everyone goes out of their way to make sure your stay is customers and enjoyable! The breakky is delish and I highly recommend the wine appreciation, cultural experience and cocktail making class! Oh and not to mention canapés and punch and poolside sorbet! We’ll be back!! the

Absolute paradise! We had an amazing 7 nights at The Reef House to celebrate our anniversary and my partners 60th with friends. It was heaven from the moment we arrived. Pure luxury that spanned the staff & their service through to our rooms and the facilities. We could not have wished for anything more. The Reef House staff made us feel so at home and whilst this is such a luxurious stay it truly feels like you’re holiday at a friends home. We felt so relaxed and so at home. Thank you. We cannot wait to visit again & are already planning our stay for next year.
