The property is situated right behind the lifeguarded swimming area in Palm Cove, the location is unbeatable for a beach getaway. The apartment was spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable for family outings. The owners are wonderfully friendly, making sure every guest feels welcome and cared for. We brought a young child with us and was assigned a room on the ground floor with direct beach access -- what a wonderful touch by the owners. Highly recommended!

Great and well maintained 1BHK overlooking the beach. The apartment comes fully equipped with all kitchen appliances and cooking essentials. The property is walking diatance from the bus stop and most of the popular eateries. Rhonda and Chris were amazing hosts.

Greeted by Rhonda at Reception and she was very helpful and obliging Our 1 bedroom self contained Apartment had fantastic Beachfront views to die for especially when coupled with the amazing sunrises from our large balcony The accommodation was spacious, well equipped and very clean We had a fantastic stay and will definitely stay there again when we are in Palm Cove environs This was the sentiment of all the other guests that we met poolside also So close to all the restaurants, cafes and bars Definitely amazing value for money here

From the moment we got to this gem of a place ,it has been truly the best . Rhonda and Chris two of the most friendly of people .couldn't have been anymore helpful. It's surrounded by palms and the beach is 100 feet away right by the swimming area.this place is beautiful,bars fabulous.i really can't fault anything

Enjoyed our 3 days stay at Marlin Waters. We had an ocean view from the apartment. Proximity to the beach was a big plus. The beach had a lifeguard on duty most of the time. Awesome restaurants nearby. Rhonda was an excellent host. Palm Cove was also convenient for tours to various local spots.

Currently in an apartment at Marlin Waters as my partner and I write this review! Clean, fresh furnishings with a cosy and luxurious master bedroom with a beautiful beach aesthetic. Washing machine/dryer, pool, a fridge bigger than I am, tv, great air conditioning (this is important after living in cooler Victoria for awhile) and so much more - oh! And a generous balcony space for drinking coffee in the morning. And the location is perfect. A little dangerous in fact. Dangerous on the bank account because of how close it is to the restaurants and shops! But we certainly aren’t complaining! And beautiful beachfront views! We absolutely love it! Without a doubt, best apartment I have stayed at in Palm Cove!

Quiet, relaxing well appointed modern style self contained apartment, right opposite the beach. Perfect spot next to all amenities. Huge thanks to Rhonda and Chris for being so welcoming and friendly. Appreciated the late check out. Will definitely look forward to staying there again.

A well-appointed, comfortable, quiet and conveniently situated apartment with a nice balcony and a lovely view. The managers were incredibly helpful and friendly, with Rhonda's local knowledge and willingness to assist in any way possible really adding to our enjoyment there.
