· On arrival the property manger was so helpful and told us all about the local area, but once in the apartment we were extremely disappointed, there was dead flies in the bed, the smell from the drains within the bathroom and kitchen was horrendous, the outside light was in dangerous state and the furniture is very dated and damaged. We were due to stop for 5 nights but found alternative accommodation after only stopping the one night as we couldn't sleep in bed that had dead flies in it and with the smell throughout the apartment. Rhonda the property manager did say she would of put us in a better apartment, but we feel all guests should get a good standard of apartment from the start and not be moved from a inferior apartment to a better apartment should you complain. We fully paid for the 5 nights but only stopped the one and have requested a refund for the nights we didn't stop but this has been refused. The property owners need to update the apartment to a higher standard, to stop this happening to other paid guests. *********** have given us a 10% compensation of the full booking cost as they say the property is not to their standard, but they are unable to get the property owner to refund us the nights we didn't stop. Great location overlooking the beach
