Ground floor bedroom with full bath walk in shower. Formal dining and living room and eat in kitchen. There is also outdoor dining and living - lounge area. BBQ charcoal grill, pavered area to grill . We have sun loungers to bathe in the Florida sunshine. Salt water pool to cool off in the screened lanai. Located in the Palm Harbor section of Palm Coast. Close to Market at Island Walk, Palm Harbor Golf Club and European Village. Natural preserve trails.. Palm Coast is close to St. Augustine which is the oldest city in the USA 30 minutes north and Jacksonville for NFL Jaguars games about 50 munites north. South 30 minutes to Daytona Speedway Nascar and 2 hours SW to Disney and Unirversal Studios.

Celebration of life
Everything was just as it was listed.The pool and the area under the lanai, as well as all the " community" areas had plenty of comfortable seating for all of us. The kitchen had more than enough utensils, plates, cups, and cooking and storge vessels. My only complaint is that the full size bed on the first floor wasn't big enough for a comfortable night's sleep for two. Would definitely go back to this residence

Christmas vaca
Very nice house. Enjoyed our stay. Would have been even better if the spa and pool were heated. Only incident was spending a day cleaning the coffee maker and and washer started smoking but owner was responsive when notified. Would stay again in the summer.
