The Barcelo was ok as far as the guests, friendly visitors
The room was filthy hair all over the bathroom clumps of hair in the hot tub, disgusting & unacceptable
The makeup mirror was ripped out of the wall & hanging by one screw, ready to fall & smash at any time.
When brought to the front desk attention, they did nothing!

I am a senior citizen who needs assistance. My son and daughter-in-law stayed in the hotel next door and the Barcelo would not let either of them walk me to my room for assistance in preparation for bedtime and for picking me up in the morning.

My first room was horrible but the supervisor and hotel manager moved us to a nice room. The first room was a shock! It needed multiple things fixed which were done but I couldn’t see out the sliding glass door.

All of the restaurants you can make reservations for, we’re good. The Japanese hibachi was fantastic! The buffet was, just okay. Rooms were nice. I do wish there was another bar in the evening with music to go to, there is only one.

Friendly staff, security guards, was able to walk to many places. Rooms were very nice and the restaurant selection was perfect! Delicious Food!

everything is more or less but the concierge is dirty on the beach there is not a single umbrella it is so sunny it is not possible to be on the beach I think for that kind of money it was possible to organize a more or less specific vacation for people I don’t know if I will come again for all inclusive I was a year ago at Hayatt Regency It wasn’t all inclusive, but everything was very organized for the people who came to relax, thank you very much, but this was my first impression on the first day of my vacation

The staff was amazing. The pool and beach were great. Buffet breakfast and lunch were pretty good. The only drawback was people would save their seats with towels and the pool seating was gone before 6 AM. Very annoying.
