I paid the full price of 13580 as soon as I made the order. When I was about to leave, the price was reduced to 13100. I asked Ctrip to refund the price difference of more than 400, but there was nothing. Other platforms included 13113 with double breakfast and a 100 US dollar consumer coupon. The difference was almost 1700 RMB. How much did Ctrip earn? I tried so hard to find a theory with Ctrip, but to no avail. The hotel reservations all have the lowest price protection agreement! Get my money back!

We had not been to the Breakers for nine years and we are happy to report it is as great as ever. The service is uniformly impeccable. The food in each of the restaurants - the Circle, Beach Club, Sea Bar, HMF, Flagler Steak House and Italian restaurant was fresh and wonderful. special shout out to the HMF for the inventiveness of its menu and the breadth of it wine offerings. The beach was particularly clean and lovely this go around and the pools were their usual magnificent selves. My only quibble is that the so called quiet pool at the far south end should be made adult only. Yes, the Breakers is expensive it - it it is worth it (at least when I go off high season).

Such a fantastic property! I would give this review 12/10 stars if I could, specifically tying it all back to the AMAZING service. It is truly unmatched from the second you arrive. I wish I could recognize every single pool and Beach Club team member by name to say thanks for being so fun, nice and making our girls weekend an absolute blast. Shout out and Kudos to Ryan @ the pool for always making sure we had a cocktail if we wanted one - and Anthony for being awesome! @Breakers - your staff is amazing! You can’t put a price on an exceptional experience and this was just that. This resort is the best of the very best. Can’t wait to come back again in the near future!

This is by far my favorite beach getaway & spend as much time there as I possibly can.They are always kind enough to give me a room upgrade when possible.I travel solo & rarely leave the property since everything I want is right on the property itself.The complimentary Norman Love chocolates are the best!! The swimming pools are fantastic.! Yes, it is pricey but what they provide is worth it to me

Our second trip this year. We have been regulars at The Breakers for almost ten years. Outstanding hotel, service and food at this historical hotel which is on the beach on the island. Great management all the way around. Lake Meadows, manager, goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect from beginning to end. Dan, Calvin and Brook are our lifeguard buddies. Great 9:00 a.m. aerobics with Alana, Brook, and Molly. Charles and Alex make our time at the Seafood Bar fun and personalised. The rooms are beautiful!! Huge property so it is easy to get your steps in. We Love The Breakers!!!

Oh my arrogance comes before the fall. I’m coming to the breakers for years and being treated by valet poorly. It’s not a good start. The last several visits, I already noticed the declining customer service, up front parking even with a Rolls Royce gets rude responds from valet , complain to the staff at the door continued, wow
