My family and I had the pleasure of staying at the St. Regis Aruba in March 2025, and we had an incredible time. While the hotel just opened, we could tell that they're still fine-tuning a few things, but overall, the property is absolutely beautiful. Aruba, as always, was stunning, with its crystal-clear waters and sunny skies. I want to give a *huge* shout-out to the amazing pool attendants – they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. A special mention goes to Jeandray Ras, who was simply outstanding. Every time we saw him, he was excited to greet us by name, making us feel truly valued. His attention to detail and constant positivity made our stay feel even more special. He provided the best-in-class service we could have asked for, and we’re incredibly grateful for his kindness and dedication.

Brand new hotel still has a way to go before it could remotely be considered close to 5 star. Service is slow and/or nonexistent. The hotel feels like it has the shell/potential of a luxury resort, and some of its staff certainly acts the part, but they don’t come through where it counts. The phone calls don’t get answered, we called and asked for items like pillows and had to call twice to follow up until they stopped answering the phone. In terms of Decor/comfort throughout the property, this property cuts way too many corners making it feel more 3.5-4 star.

We just spent a wonderful week at the St. Regis Aruba and found the property to be beautiful and our suites to be spectacular with wonderful ocean views from both balconies. Staff at the restaurants, front desk, bell staff, pool and beach were top notch and we had no issues at all. I would like to mention many names but in particular Justin at the beach and pool as well as Catherine made us feel so welcome and looked after. The General Manager, Oliver Reschreiter, came by several times to be sure we were well taken care of . I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will return on our next trip to this beautiful island!

We had a spectacular time at the St. Regis in Aruba! The service was wonderful and the special details, like coffee brought to the room in the morning was of great enjoyment. We had ‘Jeangray’ as the head bartender take special care of us, greeting us every day he and checking in to make sure we didn’t want for anything. Will definitely be back, the Kellys

The St. Regis Aruba is a beautiful property. Check-in was fairy smooth, we arrived around 1:45 so understandably our room was not ready on arrival but was only about half hour before it was ready. The staff is very nice and welcoming, some are better than others and the service level I found to be extremely inconsistent. Some days food and drinks arrived very promptly and other days it seemed as if they forgot about you. There was a couple times we waited 30+ minutes for drinks. Overall the food quality we found to be very good but drinks were a let down for the price. Didn't find anything unique about the cocktails and the few I had just seemed to be full of sugar. Pool area is very nice with lots of loungers available, the hotel provides sunscreen by the towel stand if you forget to pack your own. The ocean view from the room was beautiful but the room itself while nice really was nothing special, a very standard hotel room in my opinion. Overall we enjoyed our stay and recognize that it is a new property so there are bugs to be worked out but for the price vs quality we received we would not return.

A very well appointed hotel in the beach in Aruba. After staying at The Ritz Carlton for a decade we decided to take a chance and try something new and we were not disappointed. The hotel is modern, sophisticated and well laid out. They honoured our Ambassador status and we had a beautiful oceanfront room with spectacular views. Their pool area was stunning. Many chairs and pools to sit by and perfectly chilled so they were so refreshing after a day on the beach. The beach was very surprising as we watched the hotel being built we were concerned with how it would be designed. The water is a little deeper than the beach front at The Ritz but still beautiful and amazing to have a front row chair all week. I’m sure over time the beach will keep getting busier as the hotel was only at 60% capacity for the week. Service at the beach was fantastic all the servers were attentive especially Roseanne. Food quality at breakfast and lunch was very excellent and although the lunch menu was limited we know their food and beverage team are working on expanding it so we can’t wait. The lobby bar has so much potential. It needs a little vibe perhaps some cool music like in a Miami hotel lobby bar as it would fit the decor. It also needs to expand the wine selection which I believe they are working on. Erick was fantastic in the lobby bar and because of his hospitality and professionalism we continued to return for nightly cocktails after dinner. The bar needs to up their game on their bar snacks and perhaps take a look at what some lock bars do in Rome as they have this down to a science and keeps guests ordering more cocktails into the night. This property although is still working out a few things like housekeeping it has won us over and we will be back again next March.

It’s a neat place on a neat island. The hotel is fresh and new. A problem we experienced was that the roof-top restaurant, though very nice, relies too heavily on the sous vide cooking method. The A5 filet I had, though cooked to temp, was unseasoned and lacked any flavor…which is what happens with sous vide cooking. Hopefully they will fix some of these issues before I return next time. There are other “growing pain” issues that hopefully will be ironed out in the coming months. The bartender at the pool bar, Jeandray, was terrific. He gave me a lot of info on the island and was fun to chat with in the morning. And the Balashi served from his bar at 7am was PERFECTLY chilled!!! (Thanks Broddah!!) Can’t wait to return

This was our first time coming to Aruba. We were excited to try a new resort that had a good reputation behind it. After reading previous reviews, I was a little nervous about visiting. But honestly, we did not experience any of the negative issues brought up in other reviews. From the moment we walked in the service was impeccable. The hotel is spotless and beautifully designed. Anytime we called the front desk our needs were met immediately. The beach is small, but they do the best that they can with the space available. The resort was about 40% occupied while we were there, so we never had an issue finding a chair either on the beach or by the pool. The service poolside was amazing. There were people coming around constantly asking if we needed anything. The location is perfect I think. You are just far enough away from town that you’re not subjected to the crowds and the noise. There is a little bit of noise coming from the hotel next-door, but honestly, it was not loud enough to make any significant impact. The only little kinks that they still need to work out, which have already been mentioned here are the Wi-Fi, the platforms underneath the beds, and the limited menu at the pool. I was having trouble finding something I liked to eat for lunch every day. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back. It was a wonderful first experience to Aruba for us. It was well worth the price. You should already be well aware of the fact that if you’re staying at a Saint Regis things are going to be more expensive.
