Just leaving St Regis today. Immaculately clean and the staff was incredible. Hats off to Joe and Ironolis at the pool/beach area. These are the people that make St Regis Aruba special. Didn’t rate overall a 5 because the Eskama seemed under staffed every morning and the Askira food was overrated- although the view from the restaurant was spectacular at sunset. I would come back for the Hotel but not to Aruba ever again. Getting through customs should never ever take this long - never again

Our stay at the new St. Regis Aruba was nothing short of spectacular. We stayed in an Executive Suite with an ocean view, enjoying spacious, elegant accommodations and breathtaking views of the turquoise sea. The resort comprises three distinct restaurants, and we explored two, each offering unique vibes and multiple pools to unwind by. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, with excellent customer service throughout our stay. The grand lobby bar is a standout feature-massive and beautifully designed, perfect for a relaxing drink. Beach access is just steps away, with complimentary towels and lawn chairs provided, making beach days effortless. The beachside restaurant served delicious meals with stunning ocean views. The resort also features a luxurious spa and a well-equipped fitness center, catering to both relaxation and wellness needs. For those interested in shopping, the onsite luxury jewelry store adds an extra touch of indulgence. Overall, the St. Regis Aruba offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience. From the attentive staff to the beautiful surroundings, every detail was thoughtfully curated. We highly recommend this resort for anyone seeking a lavish and memorable Caribbean getaway. If you’re seeking a lavish and relaxing getaway in Aruba, the St. Regis should be at the top of your list.

Hi all, I've never written a hotel review before, but I felt compelled to share our experience from this past week—it was wonderful! The hotel is beautiful: clean, modern, warm, and the perfect size to navigate. The layout is ideal—really thoughtfully designed. The staff? Impeccable! Professional, kind, warm, courteous, and incredibly accommodating. We loved the beach. It's definitely more narrow than some of the others along Palm Beach, but I actually see that as an advantage. Other hotels pack in rows and rows of chairs—10 deep or more—not my idea of a great view. At the St. Regis, there are fewer rows, and everyone has a fantastic view of the water. The kids club was also a huge hit with my children! Can you hear some noise from the Riu next door? Sure, but it’s minimal and only for a short time in the afternoon. Honestly, it was a non-issue for us. I know everyone’s experience is different, and I can only share mine—but it was a fantastic week, and we’ll definitely visit again.

The property is a delightful addition to Aruba‘s high-rise Palm Beach selection of hotels. Although the hotel appears large it exudes a sense of a boutique hotel. The property has a beautiful selection of at least six pools and a beach that is intimate and enjoyable with just a few steps to the Caribbean. Since I was traveling solo from May 8 to May 14, the staff recognized that notion and always asked if my needs were being met and always with a true smile. Although the staff is young, many of them are native to Aruba and their friendly culture and sense of refinement are reflected throughout the hotel. They go out of their way to assist without being overbearing. I would especially like to thank MJ in concierge who helped with arranging and changing excursions and contacting the airport to help me find something that I had left on the plane. However, all of the staff should be recognized for their outstanding professionalism. The hotel is also nicely located near area restaurants that are within walking distance and provide a nice variety of cuisine. The rooms are tastefully, decorated with minimalism in mind. The balcony is large with a pleasant view of the ocean and coastline. The bathrooms are equally pleasant. Overall, I would highly recommend this resort for many of the reasons above and more. I hope the management relays this message to the staff as they well deserve a pat on the back. Thank you for a nice week.

I have written a concern about this property BUT I have some really good feedback to offer as well and that is in regard to the service and the staff. The service provided by the staff was top notch and I have nothing but praise to offer some specific individuals at this property. The inside hotel bartenders, Angel, Severino & Angel were unbelievable. Their attention to detail, remembering not only our choice of drink but addressing us by name was such a refreshing and welcomed experience. Never did I have to wait or ask for a beverage. They engaged in conversation and made us feel welcome. The pool staff, Justin and Joe, were two of the best out there at the pool and beach. Always getting us set up, where they could, accommodating my requests and ensuring those requests were observed every day, never had to remind them of my preferences. Always checking to see if we needed anything and it was on a regular basis. Also addressing us by name and the polite manner in which they conduct and represent themselves was amazing. They are hard workers and represent this property they way a St. Regis experience is known. The outside pool bar, Jeandry, Ronny and the female manager were our 3 favorite workers. Anything we needed or wanted was given. They were friendly, accommodating and never told us "no" we can't do that, we don't have. The friendliness, respect and engaging conversation were the pinnacle of enjoyment. I spent a lot of time with these individuals and he had such a wonderful time getting to know these people and learn about their country. They offered wonderful dining recommendations and spots on the Island to experience. The organization is very lucky to have these individuals work at this property and the staff and service would be the only reason I would recommend and return to this property. I usually like to go to a property I have never experience but this property would draw me back because of these members of your staff. You are lucky to have them under your hire.

If you are looking for excellent customer service and friendly staff, this is the place. The hotel is brand new and pristine. It has its own beach and several pools. The rooms are big and mesmerizing. All the restaurants are top tier as well. Every step leads to a better experience.

Somehow the St Regis Aruba found a way to completely tarnish the entire brand, for an island that is known for warm hospitality hotel leadership has fallen so short, its embarrassing. Whether they opened prematurely or do not have the proper team in place hard to tell but, what a underwhelming experience. Interesting its owned by the same group as the Ritz Carlton Aruba which sits a half mile down the beach and operates well/adheres to brand expectations/standards. Rates that they are charging to not deliver the level of service synonymous with St Regis brand is appalling. Its going to be hard to salvage one of the worst hotel opening in the Caribbean. You dont get a second chance when your the flagship brand and miss the mark by a mile. 2-3 years tops before it is rebranded to another Bonvoy brand. Such a shame…As a 3 decade visitor to this wonderful island i find myself on the fence on rebooking next year, i just returned and bad a stellar experience at Ritz Aruba which jarred my memory of the polar opposite experience here at St Regis Aruba. As the say on the island, “Bon Suerte “good luck”

Absolutely beautiful property! Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and eager to help. The hotel is newly opened, but it has already exceeded our expectations in every way. Our room was amazing—spacious, well-appointed, with stunning views and excellent amenities. The food throughout the property was fantastic. And special shoutout to Joe at the pool—he was absolutely AMAZING! Friendly, attentive, and truly made our experience even better. We’ve stayed at many Marriott, Ritz-Carlton, and St. Regis properties—and without a doubt, this has been the best experience we’ve had. While some of the early negative reviews gave us pause, they couldn’t be further from the truth. Naturally, it takes time to train a large team to meet the St. Regis standard, but they’re well on their way. Can’t wait to come back!

My wife and I recently stayed at the St. Regis Aruba for our honeymoon, and I can confidently say it's a perfect 10/10, no questions asked. In summary, the St. Regis Aruba excels in service, hospitality, property quality, location, cleanliness, and food/drinks—truly spectacular in every aspect. Specifically regarding the food, there isn’t a bad entrée or meal to be found. From the fish tacos and smash burger to the hummus and veggies, fresh fruit platter, and sushi, every dish is fresh and delicious. Kudos to the chefs and their culinary teams for their outstanding work. I also want to give a special shoutout to Juan, Jairo, Catherine, Rosanna, Joe, Justin, Errol, and Justin. They made our stay incredible with their kindness, care, and hard work. Their dedication to going above and beyond every single day has truly earned them recognition. In closing, I strongly encourage you to choose the St. Regis Aruba. Any unfavorable reviews you may find do not reflect our amazing stay. If you’re contemplating a visit, take my advice and book your experience—you’ll be glad you did!
