I was in Australia, searching for a hotel in Melbourne, and booked a hotel in the United States, but they refused to give up. I lost money and it affected my travel mood.

The air conditioner was so full of mold that I had multiple asthma attacks throughout the night. It was dangerous and scary.

It was a good stay. It was clean, Staff was super friendly.
No one came in to make our beds or restock towels. You have to go to the first floor for ice. The negatives were the air conditioner was noisy. It squeaked when running and sounded like water flowing in and out. And the bathroom door kept opening and blocking the door when you came into the room unless it was totally closed. I didn't realize I ordered a handicap room, so the seat in the shower could not raise, so you had about 60% of the tub to stand in for your shower. Not worth $134 a night.

2nd time staying here, and won't hesitate to stay again next time we're in the area. Front desk staff is very attentive and friendly.

Overall nice property. The second time we have stayed. Would recommend and would stay here again. Pet-friendly. Only down side is they have no variety with the breakfast. Same thing every day would be the only complaint.

Poor housekeeping, old soap in shower from previous person, no shower curtain had to ask twice before one was installed. Bug on window curtains, the worst breakfast i have every experienced in a hotel. Where is the management???

No operating ice machines Company has moved from hot scrambled eggs on buffet to cold hard boiled eggs. Lots of hot water but low water pressure.
