Unfortunately, this did not meet expectations or the travel operator's information. The hotel is NOT 300 meters from the beach but closer to 700 meters (with GPS) and it is a dusty road to walk on to get there. The hotel has a public transport, but it goes late to the beach and far too early back home. The hotel only has Wifi in public areas and even there the network is unstable. There is no Wifi in the rooms. The beds are rock hard to sleep on, fortunately we got a mattress topper eventually, which helped somewhat with the comfort. The food in the restaurant is quite boring and music is played continuously at all meals. You cannot sit outside unless you like to eat surrounded by cigarette smoke from the guests. There is a road right past the hotel, so you can hear the hiss from it 24/7. We did not have to hear it at night, because then the air conditioning system was so noisy that it drowned out everything. The cleaning was good, however, and the staff are nice and helpful. Unfortunately, it does not make up for the overall experience of this hotel.

No complaints from the 2 of us what-so-ever. The hotel was clean and tidy throughout, it may be a little dated in the rooms but so what ? The staff were very helpful and polite, we had great fun with the poolside staff, the lifeguard and just about everyone who works there. The food was plentiful and very nice, and lots of different dishes for everyone. Car hire can also be booked via the guys in reception, the local car Co will even deliver the car to the hotel and pickup when you are finished. A beautiful beach is in easy reach across the road via a 15 minute walk or the hotel can take you there in their minibus free of charge. The local town is a 10 minute drive from the hotel - also free via the minibus and also has a beautiful beach, great for sunsets. The pool was lovely, lots of sunbeds around and is guarded by a lovely, friendly lifeguard. The management are also very easy to talk to and are very friendly. All in all we had a fantastic holiday and we shall definitely return. Thanks to all the staff, you are doing a great job.

This hotel is need of a makeover and to sort out the so called all inclusive. Bar in reception is only open during meals,,any other time you have to to the pool bar which is located at the rear of the complex up a flight of stone steps, drinks are cheap ones and not a great choice( no whiskey on all inclusive choices). if you need diet drinks you have to request before holidays as they do not stock it, i am diabetic and had to wait 3 days for diet coke to be bought in.The pool is ok but you can't jump in or dive or have fun as the so called life guard who sits under the canopy all day tells you off for everything.Snacks (haha) are 2 trays of bland sandwiches at 4 in the aftertoon in the bar at reception, nothing hot.Free minibus into local town,,if it is full you have to wait or get in the back with no seats.. do not go by the pictures they show you,,the rooms are dated and drab. Our family room had Air con in one room only,There is a kitchen but nothing to cook or boil up anything,,waste of space.Only one patio door,we were supposed to have 2. drain cover in shower became loose, the plug in sink was disconnected which i fixed myself. All steps from floors have no handrails for anyone who needs them as they can get slippery when wet, Food ok when hot,,not a lot of choices as the menu was repeated a lot.Icecream is only available during mealtimes , any other time you have to buy them from pool bar for 3 euros each .Staff friendly and polite.

first of all we had a great time 7 days 17/8/24 to 24/8/24 . bad points bland food good job Gordan Ramsey doesn't visit . beds very hard WIFI or a good mobile signal forget it unless you use mobile hotspots , if your un steady on your feet or infirm ask for a room in block 1 or 2 as 3 and 4 are up a steep drive way . most folks like a coffee or a drink of tea when you wake up ' no kettles in rooms even though there is a kitchen. no snacks though out the day so point paying full inclusive as couples with kids don't drink beer all day . the staff could do enough though and always tried there best there is a free mini bus in to town 20 min drive but can get full fast a taxi cost 7 euros the same for the beach but you have to pay for rinks and snacks but well worth a visit . would I go again ! no .

Was quiet concerned after reading the reviews on here we have just come back and had an amazing time the rooms are basic but it’s somewhere to cool off and get your head down only issue we had was hard beds but we put blankets under the sheets. Took us a day to find our feet the food was fantastic every day selection of food for all including a fussy teen from greek food to pasta and nuggets and chips. Entertainment on a Friday only. The beach is litrally across the road 7 minutes but we got the free bus as it’s far too hot to walk at the beach the hotel has its own section for guests with parasols and sun loungers for everyone and a bar with food however you do have to pay there but it isn’t expensive. and the town is 10 mins down the road with an abundance of bars gifts shops and restaurants along the sea front but it is absolute carnage there so it was nice to be out the way of it and just nip down for a few hours. We hired a boat from our beach 2 hours for 120 euro and the crazy land inflatable water park also on our beach is 10 euro for an hour which was more then enough for us or 25 euro for the day. No fighting for sun loungers around the pool there’s more then enough for everyone and plenty of space in the pool for everyone

The hotel and staff itself are lovely there are a few points that knock it down. 1. There is no snack bar for all inclusive. This would be a massive bonus as the hotel is in the middle of no where and the nearest shop is a short walk down a very dangerous road. 2. The beds are hard. We managed to sleep and the rooms are basic. Apparently no hospitality is available in 3 star hotels 3. The pool is only open between 10 and 7. Unsure why but I think it's because of the life guard. Who spends most of his time sat on the restaurant seats 4. There are not enough sun loungers. 5. The gym isn't easily accessible. My son tried twice in its hours and it was locked 6. If you get a ground floor room. Be aware it is not access able. There are steps everywhere. Our stay has been nice apart from the above. There is a little bus that will take you into town and the beach. If you are fair skinned make sure you have anti histamines and big sprays as the beach is covered in sand fly who made me their local takeaway. Single mum and two teenagers had a lovely holiday apart fro. A few hitches which were sorted by the rep Jane from jet 2 quickly.

We arrived at the hotel on the 28th June for 7 nights. We knew there was no entertainment so took our own. Rooms were clean, basic but that's fine as we only cleaned up and slept. Beds were hard so we used the blankets as a topper which worked. Food was ok not alot of choice but enough and always something there for everyone. Staff were so friendly and went out there way to make you feel welcome. The one thing I would say is the other holiday makers, how rude are some people! All the English are polite and use their manners then you get all the other nationalities who think they cann barge there way in front. Other then that we had a fab time. So thank you 😊 Jane our rep fron jet 2 was very helpful too.

An amazing Greek getaway with Jet2. (You could make your own arrangements). Experienced Old Greece hospitality. Terry the manager is warm, friendly, professional & proud of his hotel, staff & the wonderful, traditional greek food, all served with a smile. Hotel views are stunning. Experience wildlife, a gorgeous beaches then relax by that amazing pool. The Jet2 'Ultra' All Inclusive package is a treat. 'See you again soon Terry'.

From the below the reception/floor staff is exception First of all, this is not a 3-star hotel, that was long time ago gone, probably only one and that one it’s on debate for sure Wi-Fi never working and if you connect then it still doesn’t work , we were 6 and suffered with roaming extra charges , the reception will be full of kids trying to connect to Wi-Fi to game, insane in 2023 that no Wi-Fi in the rooms or a working Wi-Fi Terrible rooms with broken bins, rusty knobs and a few more things out of order Old beds that will cause you backpains, you can feel the metal springs from the mattress piercing your body Old fridge that at night it’s noisy in the room you need to unplug it if you want to sleep properly Old and broken toilet seats, they are so old they are yellow and cracked, inside the crack i guess 10 year old bacteria live there , super dangerous for women, a toilet seat i guess costs 10 euros a new one just saying Rusty surfaces everywhere/tetanus paradise there , so many surfaces rusty and dangerous, really easy to get tetanus there and go to hospital Disgusting food , i was ashamed to show the rest of the group that this might be even close to real Greek food, one of my guests said that’s how usually they feed the pigs at the villages, horrible quality, air-condition and pipes on top of the food, from the pipes there was even a visible leak from some time ago, I had all inclusive, didn’t eat a single time there, everything looked awful and disgusting, the Chef doesn’t try the food????????? Chef should find another job immediately as he doesn’t have a clue what he is feeding the people Shame on you chef , you shouldn’t be even trying to server Greek food, I was ashamed to show my guests that this is Greek food!!!!! Food all the same and worst quality I’ve seen in my entire life I asked some of the staff how would they rate the food they said 4/10 and this because they felt a bit uncomfortable cause its actually 0/10 All-inclusive is until 23:00, then they charge you 3 euros for a glass of Fanta!!!!! Also, some chips etc are also charged so not sure its all-inclusive. It’s mostly a marketing name Administration is not ashamed taking advantage of people at this hotel with 8-10 years old pictures in the gallery, taking advantage of people that really don’t know how a 3 star hotel should be and what it should offer The chef should be ashamed and he should eat the food that he serves to see how it is, nothing to real Greek food and the worst quality I have ever seen in my life Administration should be ashamed cause cares only for the money they got in and will not accommodate any modifications We were a group of 6 people and everyone said that it was disgusting Suffered for a week and ended up paying more instead of going to a real 3 star hotel and eating somewhere else Respect only to the staff and especially Pantelis(Reception) which is an amazing receptionist and helped us with the accommodation fast And many thanks to
