Mariya Art Living

Mariya Art Living is located on the more scenic side of the Kassandra Peninsula. Communication with Mariya was excellent; she was ready to greet us upon arrival and provided a map with recommendations for the best restaurants, beaches, and local attractions. Our apartment was bright, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The rooms were cleaned daily, and beach towels were provided. The hotel is nestled in an olive grove, and Mariya's artistic touches and attention to detail make the place unique and inspiring. Tips: - This hotel is perfect for families and people that are looking to relax and get away from noisy and crowded places. - The hotel is situated only 1 km away from Neo Skioni , you can have early walks buying breakfast from bakery - There is a small beach nearby bring water shoes , to protect your feet from pebbles. The beach is perfect to visit after 6pm to watch the sunset. - Follow Mariya recommendations we loved Eldoris Beach bar & Restaurant and Eldoris Restaurant Beach bar and Archontiko Agia Paraskevi and Giorgos Fish Restaurant - Share with Mariya what you liked and she will provide more curated recommendations -

The owner was waiting us, ready to provide us a lot of useful information about the facilities from the villa and surroundings. The courtyard looks like in fairytales and the room was in mint conditions. Every asset was in good shape! We receive all we need, when we need and as we ask for!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Mariya Art Living and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived it's like you came in another world. So peacufull and cozy. The luxurious apartment and outdoor space, made our stay truly memorable. Mariya is amazing women she also provided inside knowledge on exclusive locations on Kassandra. We hope to be back soon :) If you go to Halkidki, you won't regret if you stay at Mariya.

This is one lovely place. The whole thing is great. The apartments as well as the exterior setting of the compound are impressive. We did love our stay there. The host was also excellent and made our stay even better. Apart from that the rest of the staff were great too.

We had an amazing time at Mariya Art Living! The property is surrounded by greenery and it feels like an oasis where one can relax and enjoy the beautiful garden of olive trees and flowers. The big table in the garden with the lovely, relaxing music made the atmosphere enchanting. The apartment was big, clean, modern, with all amenities included, decorated with great taste and beautiful pieces of art. If we enjoyed the apartment, what made us love our trip and the entire experience was Maria (the owner), an amazing person which always greeted us with a smile, made us feel welcome, always being present whenever it was needed and helped us with advice of where are the best beaches, restaurants, sweet shops and places to visit. We also were lucky to have an evening of painting for the kids organized and led by Maria. Everything was great and we will return there next year!

Excellent location -Fabulous and very helpfull hostess-she recommended where we should eat( different places than usual)and provided us with umbrella and sun chairs!! This property upgrades the area. We recommend it with no doubt.
