Hello from Bulgaria. We were on vacation there from July 7 to 17 there. It was unique. Let's start with the check-in, we had 4 suitcases and there was a boy who took them to the room. We checked in pretty quickly, the receptionist was pretty kind. The room was good, they clean it every day, change towels and sheets. When you enter the room it smells clean, we also had a terrace. We paid all-inclusive and the food was delicious, only the last two days it was the same. The staff is so kind and good, as well as at the pool bar. The bartenders are so hardworking and fast, especially Kostas the one without a beard. He is so good, always smiling and kind, when you are there you always leave with a smile. Apparently he loves his job. The beach is good, only there are stones in the water, but you buy shoes and it's fine. The water is crystal clear, as is the pool in the hotel. There are animators for the children who keep them busy every day and on Thursdays there is always a Greek night and music. We are satisfied.

One word for this hotel is CATFISH, 1. From when you arrive you run into a problem that you shouldn’t for hotels that are considered good, The Hotel has no parking and there is nowhere to park the cars except from in the street. Then you have to pay extra for beach towel even though you already paid enough if you took the all inclusive offer. 2. The rooms are mediocre at best, old furniture, when they clean it they dont even put new towels, most of the rooms have a weird smell since we took 6 rooms and they all had the same problems. 3.The food as an all inclusive resort is suppoesed to be good but no, the food is cold, and since you are near the sea you expect some seafood options that are at least edible which you would expect, one of the worst all inclusive resorts I have ever been to. 4. Being a fove star hotel you would expect they have a big beach and probably like a good beachbar but no the beach is very small and the sunbeds are very close to each other that you feel like you are in a tight space. You would also think as a five star hotel they are supposed to have a good pool but the pool is very small and only build for kids. 5. Last but not least is the staff, which most of the time is very slow and sometimes even rude.

I normally don’t write bad reviews - but I and my family had extreme disappointment with the level of customer service I received during my recent stay at Elinotel.As a frequent traveler, I understand that not every hotel experience can be perfect, but the issues I encountered during our stay were unacceptable. Kids club and entertainment during our stay didn’t excited.Gym was overdated with limited access.They tried to charge over €600 for room upgrade,there was no electricity in our room and took them over 2hours to fix it,buffet choice limited.No tea&coffee station. Phone &air cond didn’t work.Front of desk staff unhelpful&unproffesional. Only apology we receveid was in 2day from F&B manager. We spouse to stay 7nights,after 2days we check out from hotel. I don’t really think its meet 5stars and please read all the reviews before book this hotel.

We were here just a few days ago, good location, nice hotel, I don’t really think it meets the 5 stars, but… staff was pretty good too, especially Ross, U’ll definitely see him all around the place. Be cautious about the beach, it’s not so sandy, a bit rocky, there are several shops offering shoes for that though. Overall had good time :)

Very cozy and stylish, direct access to the beach, good food and very nice staff. We went for a short break with our friends. It’s a good ride from Thessaloniki, mostly highway. The hotel is much better in reality than on the photos. We liked the food as some of us follow diet and was able to find what was needed.

All food was cold, meat either undercooked or tough and same menu for lunch and dinner. No 'show' cooking; dining room equipment antiquated. No handrails on steps and steep ramps on corridors and dininng room - dangerous for children and people with mobility problems.
