If you find a place where there is no smell then there's cockroaches. Very unfriendly staff trained to say NO as their anthem. Front office receptionists are very arrogant & bang the phone on your face while you are still speaking to them. When you call the front office the way they greet is "TELL ME WHY YOU CALLED?" Unwilling to assist even if you are feeling very uncomfortable with their service. When we asked the staff on their behavior they say they have not been paid the salary & only after 20th february when they get paid...they will work as required or will leave the job & go. There is no room service at all. The restaurant is also very untidy with sticky tables, stains on the menu, no spoons or knifes, broken cups even if you ask a glass of water it take ages for them to serve. Even if you let go of all this & order food then you will find either cockroach Or human hair in the food. The breakfast menu is very limited with most common items are not being available...When you decide with all this unhygienic atmosphere if you want to order food from outside you will hear a BIG NOOOOOO & they will threaten that they will not give any spoons or plates Costwise it's not worth the money with these conditions they should only be charging Rs. 800 as other oyo rooms are much cleaner & hygienic or they should be charging to use Rs. 10 as sulabh shauchalay.

Just a stones throw away from the airport. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was great. AC was effective. Airport drop and pick up available. Had dinner at Aroma restaurant. Great ambience. Friendly staff. Very clean. Tasty food. Quick service. Would highly recommend. Will definitely come again.

Good clean hotel, It is a perfect choice if you need a few hours before catching a flight. It’s very close to the airport. The entire staff is welcoming, courteous and accommodating. A special mention to Ms Indu who helped with the reservation.

I just wrapped up a fantastic stay at NK Grand Hotel, and I can't help but rave about it! The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that instantly made me feel at ease. My room was a dream—spacious and bright! The staff were always ready to assist with genuine smiles. They made me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. Located conveniently for sightseeing yet tucked away enough for a peaceful retreat, NK Grand Hotel struck the perfect balance. I left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return!
