Convenient access to early international airport check in only reason to recommend, looks very nice on the surface, hot water would have been nice.

It was very convenient because the airport shuttle (pick up and drop off) was included. If there is no traffic, it takes less than 10 minutes.
However, it may be difficult to find restaurants nearby as the hotel is not located in the city.

I am K Shanker Narayan. I stayed this hotel yesterday and vacated today morning. In bathroom water was not available. I complained to Mr Avinash. But he is smiling and did not take any action. He was very rude. My room no was 215. Mr Avinash is also having bad behaviour to customers. He is the one with a hat sitting in the reception .I request you to take action against him. But i dont want other staff to suffer due to mistake of one person. Please take remedial measures to rectify this. Thanks. Shanker

I needed an airport hotel and booked the closest one possible. I requested the airport shuttle via the number on the hotel's website but didn't receive a response. The airport provided a return shuttle to the airport the next day.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The reception area and the floors are very nice but the rooms are very shabby and not well maintained. First, we got a room that did not lock from outside. Even after 3 hours, we didn't have a room that would work. The bathrooms had mold in them. No toilet papers. The AC in the restaurant was not working. The room floors had large gaps, the bed backing was taped up on torn areas, etc. Overall, this hotel does not deserve the 3 star rating and needs much improvement.

4star India put 2 star europa WiFi no good reception desk help book taxi 300 rp to airport metro got taxi to Chennai cricket ground 600 rp. Seam to over book room had to wait 90mins for room.

I stayed at the hotel for night and it was instant regret. My check in was at 12 at noon and my rooms weren’t even ready at 150pm after long flight not trying to deal with it so I let that go. Get into the room the place has water damage on the baseboards, very dingy room the list goes on. I wouldn’t recommend staying there if I was youkmmm looking it

Overall it was a decent stay. Food was good. Air conditioning worked very well and so was the hot water in bathroom. Wireless worked well. The room given to me did not have a window with lighting so it felt claustrophobic. The elevator did not work so had to use the stairs. The furniture were a little run down. Overall, It’s a decent place to stay.

This hotel is very special and very comfortable for staying.The food is superb and staffs are very friendly.The best hotel I have ever seen before. safety precautions and cctv camera are in good conditions.
