The hotel was simple and clean. Located right in the middle of the town you can walk around anywhere. We even went to the nearby beach. They offer free parking. We stayed just 1 night was we were on our way to Sicily. People at the hotel do not speak English so we had to use all the Italian he knew, but in the end it was all ok. Simple and affordable.

Ottima professionalità da parte di tutta l'equipe sia della sala che delle camere. Su tutto prevale la cordialità e l'attenzione verso i clienti da parte dei proprietari signora Rosita e cavaliere Franco. Servizio di pulizia accurato e meticoloso. La cucina con lo chef Antonio meritevole di tutte le 5 stelle ma caratteristiche peculiare che sono ammessi gli animali domestici senza alcuna difficoltà . Lo consiglio a tutti i prossimi ospiti della città di Palinuro

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido hotel a cinque stelle a Palinuro e non possiamo che parlarne benissimo. La struttura è elegante, pulita e immersa in un contesto naturale meraviglioso. La camera era spaziosa, con tutti i comfort, e con una vista spettacolare. Un punto di forza assoluto è stato il personale: sempre gentile, attento e disponibile, ci hanno fatto sentire davvero i benvenuti sin dal primo momento. Ma ciò che ci ha colpito di più è stata la loro accoglienza anche verso il nostro cane: è stato trattato con cura e simpatia, come un vero ospite! Una rarità che abbiamo molto apprezzato. L’hotel è perfetto anche per chi viaggia con animali: ci siamo goduti la vacanza in totale relax, sapendo che anche il nostro amico a quattro zampe era ben accetto e a suo agio. Un’esperienza che consigliamo a chi cerca qualità, tranquillità e un’accoglienza calorosa – per tutta la famiglia, cane incluso!

Gruppo di amici in moto. Pensiamo di fermarci a Palinuro. Chiamo la struttura per concordare una sistemazione. Abbiamo bisogno di una singola e di letti singoli nelle/nella altre/a stanze/a. Mi comunicano il prezzo (46 euro a stanza). Le stanze sono anni 70. Ma veramente. Impianti super datati e letti credo anche quelli d'epoca. Reti morbidissime come andavano anni fa. Sistemazioni: singola matrimoniale con bagno, senza aria condizionata con ventola rumorosissima e bagno d'epoca. Altra stanza: due camere da 12 mq con bagno (d'epoca) in comune. Letti sfondati. Prezzo pagato (e non c'è stato verso) 150 totali. Ho detto che 46 x 2 (visto che la stanza doppia era equiparabile ad una stanza unica tripla anche se aveva tre porte) sarebbe stato più che sufficiente. Li ha voluti tutti e tutti gli sono stati dati. Ma è veramente stato uno scandalo considerata per giunta la bassa stagione. Pessimo.

Abbiamo appena lasciato la struttura. Il signor Francesco ci ha accolto ieri STRAVACCATO con le gambe sulla sedia dietro la reception, con le cuffie nelle orecchie. Davvero fuori luogo, senza un minimo di attenzione verso il cliente e le sue esigenze. Stamattina abbiamo consegnato le chiavi, nemmeno a chiederci come abbiamo passato la notte e se fosse andato tutto bene. A chiusura del tutto ci ha chiesto dalla finestra dell'hotel di saldare, cosa già fatta da noi ieri sera. E non vado oltre. Forse prima di mettersi a contatto con i clienti e fare turismo bisogna svegliarsi la mattina. Voglio comunque ringraziare la signora a cui ieri sera abbiamo pagato la stanza: cortese e dal sorriso caloroso. Della stanza abbiamo apprezzato la vista mare e nulla più. La struttura ha un enorme potenziale, ma la gestione è, come ho scritto nel titolo, INAPPROPRIATA.

Di cinque stelle non ne è rimasta una . Non esiste aria condizionata e le pale nella camera fanno un rumore tipo un elicottero . Il frigorifero quando si accende fa un rumore tipo trapano black and deker .vogliamo parlare del bagno c'è una doccia come una capanna degli indiani sopra al water se ti sfiora ci vuole un antitetanica prezzo spropositato da evitare , meglio dormire in auto .
