Highly recommend staying in October. The weather was comfortable, but the sea still warm enough to enjoy. Completely escape the crowd of Amalfi and come here.

Wonderful experience. Staff was helpful and professional. The view from our room was beyond exceptional. This was a 40th wedding anniversary trip for us and it did not disappoint!

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and felt really disappointed. The location is good central but still peaceful, car park convenient, pool area is lovely and well maintained. The room was disappointing, felt claustrophobic and dark, sofa bed creaked all night and when we mentioned this we were told it would be adjusted but continued to creak all night. It really did not feel like a junior suite. Bathroom ok but shower didn't work properly, toilet seat kept breaking - could do with updating. No coffee etc in room or notice of room service, also no note confirming breakfast hours. Breakfast choice was poor especially when this area has wonderful produce, with little fruit, sliced break and poorly cooked eggs. Our stay was pleasant enough but there was no warm welcome, suggestions of days out or where to eat - not much atmosphere either.

While the town itself is not worth the effort of visiting -- due to its remote location -- if one were to travel to Palinuro, Grand Hotel San Pietro is the perfect choice. A bit expensive but a wonderful stay thanks to the excellent staff.

This is a beautiful hotel overlooking the sea where you can completely relax and unwind. The staff are wonderful, from the man who cooks the eggs for breakfast to the staff at the bar, who are so friendly and helpful. Every breakfast was a treat as the waiting staff looked after us so well and what a view each morning, unbelievable! The room was so comfortable and made our stay very special. I treated myself to a massage and it was the best ever. We stayed here 5 years and could not wait to return. We will definitely return. Please keep up the good work and high standard.

Fabulous hotel in a great location. It was a shame that the weather took a turn for the worst during our visit. Our room was spacious and well appointed and decorated. The best hotel by a long way, on our tour of this part of Italy. We would love to return if we get the opportunity!

Waking up and opening the shutters to see the ocean breaking against the rocks, is a wonderful feeling. Our views were spectacular. The room comfy, the pool superb, and beach area (for snorkelling amongst the fish) Staff were great, friendly, and a decent breakfast.
