After arriving in Palhoca, Brazil for a 35 day vacation, the accommodations that we reserved was terrible. There was no way that we could stay even one night. We were blessed when we called the Firenze Business Hotel and spoke to Pedro. He was fantastic. It was even more than a blessing that the hotel was only a short walk from where we were. After dragging all of our luggage the short distance, we were welcomed with open arms. Pedro went far and above to get us settled. In the morning, we met another angel, Natasha. She worked out all the details so that we could stay for the entire time. Natasha was there every morning with a smile and helped us on every matter that we had.Only due to the dedication of the entire staff, this vacation would have been a disaster. So to Natasha, William, Thayse, Pedro, Paulo, Edwardo, Leonardo, and the entire staff of the Firenze Business Hotel, we thank you. To all those looking for a great place to stay for one night or for a long term length of time, you can do no better than the Firenze Business Hotel and the wonderful staff that they have.

Baixo custo-benefício. Me hospedei com meu marido por 6 dias na pousada, de 29/12/21 a 04/01/22. Ficamos no maior chalé, número 5, que tinha cozinha privativa. Colchão muito mole e travesseiros hiper altos, para nosso gosto. Pouquíssimas medidas de combate e prevenção a covid. Nenhum estímulo para os hóspedes se portarem de melhor maneira. Equipe de atendimento muito pequena, sem limpeza diária dos quartos, sim a cada três dias (ao efetuar a reserva, não foi avisado!). Além disso, problemas na geladeira (vasava água no chão, algum problema de descongelamento). Vassoura cheia de cabelos não retirados de outra hospedagem. Paredes cemitério de pernilongos mortos, acho que não veem um paninho há algum tempo. Café da manhã simples, de certo modo precário. Dos cinco dias em que tomamos, não houve sequer uma variação entre um dia e outro. Bolos bem simples, sempre do mesmo sabor. Sucos tang hiper diluídos. Pro preço das diárias em época de alta temporada, não custa espremer um saco de laranja e fornecer algo decente. Dos dias que ficamos, em três houve queda de energia ao fim da tarde. Ponto negativo para a cidade. Pontos positivos: roupas de cama e banho boas. Ar condicionado do quarto ótimo.

Estadia ótima. A pousada é muito bem cuidada pelos próprios proprietários, que sabem e gostam de receber os hóspedes. Você entra no quarto, e sente o cheiro muito agradável das toalhas e roupas de cama que foram lavados com algum amaciante de muito bom gosto. O café da manhã, é muito bom, com várias opções. Localização fica uns 300 metros de onde pega o barco pra atravessar o rio e chegar na praia, ou também de onde começam as trilhas para Pedra do Urubu, Vale da Utopia, Praia da Pinheira. Ótimo custo benefício.
