Tive um contratempo durante minha estadia no hotel. Reservei e paguei antecipadamente por um quarto com cama de casal, conforme especificado no meu pedido. No entanto, ao chegar, fui surpreendido com um quarto contendo duas camas de solteiro. Imediatamente, contatei a recepção, mas não me ofereceram nenhuma alternativa ou solução adequada. Como consumidor, tenho direito a receber o serviço conforme anunciado e contratado.
