I arrived by boat. The hotel is 10 minutes away from the pier and only three stops away by bus. There is a supermarket nearby and a cost-effective hotel with a bathtub. Hot water is also sufficient. The Wi-Fi is 10 points smooth and the waiters are also polite. Ps: There is a place nearby where you can see the horizon 270 degrees. If you want to know, DM me.

A magnificent hotel, with luxury facilities in an old palazzo in the historic center of Palermo. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, with all the services. The service is very correct and willing. It has a piano bar, garden terrace and a very good environment, right in the heart of all the tourist attractions of Palermo and leisure and restaurant areas, without any noise or problems at all. Hotel in a position outside the city center where there is a ZTL, convenient for those traveling by car. Equipped with several services, the swimming pool on the 14th floor and the adjoining restaurant are beautiful. Breakfast plentiful and of excellent quality, wide choice of sweet and savory. Furnishings of the rooms a bit dated to be modernized, excellent cleaning service, gym, bar, car park and large open spaces.

I took the bus from the airport to Politeama and walked to the hotel. Palermo has a convenient bus service so I bought an unlimited bus ticket for the duration of my stay. The bus stop was close to the hotel so it was convenient. The hotel is old and feels a bit old, but it wasn't a problem. The room was spacious and had a balcony, which was nice. There was a variety of fruit available at breakfast, which was nice. If I were to order anything from the hotel, I would like the minibar to be emptied. In particular, the peanuts in the minibar were dried out and the packaging had come off, so I wondered if they had been touched by something in there. Overall I am satisfied.

Lovely hotel overlooking a piazza. We booked a room with a balcony which was lovely to sit and watch the world go by. It is centrally located with bakeries, restaurants, shops and history right on your doorstep. Although it is a busy road, as is all the center you cannot hear the traffic in the room. The photographs of the Hotel absolutely do not do it justice at all, it is so much better.

i think it should be one of the good hotel in Palermo, and free parking outside the hotel but will have someone to ask for money without doing anything. you can pay or not. i didnt pay in first time then next time they find a child to ask for. i saw he is too young and very pity, so i paied 3euro to him. this is not good for everyone, so if hotel can take it in mind, and pay more attention to it, then it will be better. everything is good, just this parking issue.

I read the bad reviews on Skyscanner and was skeptical about it. But trust me, in complete Sicily we booked various hotels and this was one of the best, with complete English speaking staff, more than excellent freshly prepared breakfast and the variety in breakfast was uncountable, it was tasty and fresh.. For the hotel set by cruise ship, the location is just opposite the pier, and there is also its own free parking lot, which is super convenient. The room is a budget hotel, which is quite satisfactory. The most unexpected thing was the hotel's breakfast, which was hearty, and overlooked the harbour. It's not far from the scenic area, if you can, you can walk along the beach to Sijiaochang and the Royal Palace. We walked slowly for about 45 minutes. Overall very satisfied.

The location is good, 10 minutes walk from the terminal, the facilities that have been renovated recently are good, and the kindness of the managers is especially extreme. The location itself is too far from Korea, so it's hard to come unless it's a special thing, but if I come back to Palermo someday, I want to stay again. The only downside is that the water in the shower room is not properly guided, so the humidity of the whole room is high. Instead, there is a ondol that is difficult to find in Europe near the bathroom.
