Great property and location. Service just a little more than adequate; no contact from the host before arrival with access instructions and apartment details. No response to pre-arrival requests, free Wi-Fi without protection. Host was however available to grant us a late check out of 30 minutes later and keep the bags until the afternoon. Do not leave anything in the vehicle if parked in that neighborhood.

Not a hotel, more like a Bnb with limited service October 2025 We booked Mia Terra expecting a hotel — but it turned out to be more of a one-man bed and breakfast. From the start, nothing went smoothly. We had decided to take up the host’s offer of an airport shuttle (not cheap), as one of us only had one evening in Palermo and every minute counted. The shuttle arrived 15 minutes late, and when we finally reached the property, no one was there to check us in, causing yet another delay — even though the host had personally arranged our transport and knew our arrival time. The host then offered excuses that didn’t line up with the shuttle driver’s story (which btw, the driver didn’t even know our destination — we had to guide him — and only accepted cash, which we weren’t told in advance.) Check-in was confusing and disorganized. Despite several text messages from the host to confirm our room setup (which should have been clear from the booking), he had still assigned the wrong rooms and once again found excuses, incorrectly blaming the booking platform. When we asked him to fix it, he was reluctant but eventually agreed — behaving as if he were doing us a favor — though he did offer free breakfast as compensation, which we didn’t need. Since there is no staff at the property. The host promised to respond to messages “within minutes,” yet replies often took hours. The whole experience felt like a single person trying to run a hotel alone — and it shows. To be fair, the rooms were clean and comfortable, although in one of them, the shower faced the bedroom through a glass wall, so you had to shower in the dark for privacy. Overall, the service and professionalism fell far short of hotel standards. If you’re expecting the reliability of an actual hotel, look elsewhere.

It is a fully furnished student apartment with a great breakfast and a semi-buffet for lunch and dinner for 8 euros, which is very cost-effective. The room is huge and two beds can accommodate three people and has a small balcony. The hotel is very convenient from the train station and the city, it is recommended!

The surrounding environment is very Sicilian style, can not go out in the dark, ready to cash to the Mafia.

The room is on the roof of an old building. You need to climb 4 stairs yourself. Breakfast is on the top floor terrace. You need to take a steep staircase. It is very dangerous. The tall man will be a bit dangerous and the scenery is good. The overhead nozzle in the room is broken, and it is particularly uncomfortable to sit and take a shower with the nozzle below. The water is relatively small. The towel was changed for 2 days, and it was super hairy. It was all white hair, and the floor in the house was white hair. The location is really good, close to everywhere, not noisy.

Beautiful apartments! Beautiful owners of the accommodation facility! Delicious breakfasts. The apartments are near the railway station. Definitely go to the cafe opposite, there is very delicious!
