3-Star Hotels in Palermo

We received room diferrently looking than on pictures, airconditioning need to be cleaned, we did not use it, due to the smell. Breakfast generally ok, but scrambled eggs need some improvement, did not prepare fresh. Building located in strict centre, which was good for base location for visiting, however during night earplugs needed. Amazing view from the tarrance, however only one big umbrella which cover just few tables from sunlight. Generally stay was ok, taking into account the price, however need some improvement.

My room was in the basement, and the first floor (seemed like maybe staff moving furniture around?) was very noisy after midnight. Lots of footsteps, talking, and the sound of moving furniture. It went on for hours both nights. I was also woken up at 8am my first day by someone knocking on my door. I assume it was the maid, but i can’t be sure. It was way too early to expect to be able to clean a room. The bed was hard and creaky (there were three beds in my room, not sure why as I booked a room with a single queen bed) with no real blanket. It was fairly clean, though there was some hair in the sink and shower that did not belong to me. The shower was the biggest problem as it was a fairly narrow stall shower, and the drain needs to be cleaned out - the shower flooded after just a few minutes. The furniture is all very old, and the lighting in the room was incredibly dim. It did not feel inviting or look anything like the pictures in the listing. The location is nearly an hour’s walk from Palermo Centrale and in another direction, nearly an hour’s walk from the Palazzo Butera. Unless you just want to visit the beach, it is not convenient at all. Even just buying water was a chore with the closest shop being about a quarter mile away. The city tax listed on Trip is incorrect. You will need to pay three euros per day. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Excellent experience, staff were kind, enough breakfast rich, unique sin there is not so much choice for lactose intolerance, only cooked and marmelade feet! The rooms are quite clean, the towels are replaced every day!

The hotel is located in the center of Palermo.Three stars are a small exaggeration, in my sense the object deserves two.The reception is located in a different part than the hotel rooms.

The hotel has its climate-beautiful decor. Very good location-everywhere you can walk, to the main attractions of the city, to the center, to the restaurant. Watch out for the micro-lift - something else. Breakfast very good - a large selection of sweet snacks (typically Italian) but there is also baked raisins and cheese. For me this Hotel is a shot at 10. I recommend

Value hotel with good location and free breakfast. We stayed for only a night but appreciated the staff being flexible, letting us check in earlier. Made all the difference.

The location is good, in the center of Palermo, near the square of the corner, about 15 minutes walk from the train station, easy to find. Although there is no elevator, the owner will help with luggage. What I like most is their breakfast. The coffee is very fragrant and the croissant is hot, which makes people feel warm. The owner, Massimo, was very nice and introduced the location of various attractions as soon as he went. Because it is the first stop to Italy, the impression is very good.

It was honestly lovely. The room had everything needed, the location is amazing, and Jessica made me feel like home. I did have some minor issues but got help immediately. Also you should note that it is loud as it's a very city centre. But I'll be back next time I'm in Palermo for sure!

Well located within walking distance from the main train station and the main tourist attractions in downtown Palermo. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean and maintained that way during the whole stay. Highly recommended.

The front desk service is warm and humorous. The breakfast is good. Although there are not many varieties, it is more exquisite. The location of the hotel is relatively good, close to the railway station, it is convenient to go anywhere, generally within walking distance.
