Great location, basic room
Nice host. Great location just next to Quattro Canti. I booked an apartment but when I arrived I got a small room (but I did receive some compensation). Room had a great sunny terrace.

The bedroom was really cleaned upon arrival and good size with air conditioning which was a plus. The bedroom however was not cleaned once during our stay and since we had been to the beach we had sand on the floor and a sweep would have been appreciated. We also had a tiny balcony which was really good for drying swim suit which was on top floor on a quietish street so it felt safe. We did not see any staff at all during our stay but this was not inconvenient. Also we had to register online upon arrival with loading our passport details using a link via WhatsApp which was new to us. Overall would recommend this property very well located in city center.

Stanza dotata di ogni comfort ed arredata con uno stile davvero squisito. Bagno privato ed una incredibile terrazza in comune. Giuseppe ci ha fatto sentire come a casa nostra dal primo incontro e si è reso disponibile per ogni nostra esigenza. Una vacanza indimenticabile.

Sono stato ospite di Giuseppe in questa struttura per due giorni a dicembre 2022. La stanza non corrispondeva esattamente a quello che avevo visto in foto prima di prenotare. Avrei dovuto pernottare due notti, ma ho usufruito di un solo pernottamento dato che la notte di capodanno Giuseppe ha organizzato una festa all’interno del palazzo (festa di cui io ospite non ero stato informato). Sicuramente non ritornerò!
