The hostel could be fine if the team holding it was not so rude. It actually spoiled my stay there as they are super rude, make you feel like a nuisance, seem to watch you when you are in the living room, and actually use the bedroom's bathrooms. There is a deposit for the key (5€) which I did not receive until claiming it back about a week later - I am sure it would not have reached my account if I had not sent an email. There is also a shortage of access to water since the small kitchen is only for the staff use, and the tapwater is in the bathrooms. I put 2/5 grade as the location is good, and the lockers are nice, but that is all. There is only one power socket per person so you cannot have a fan and a phone charging simultaneously. Also, note there is no air conditioning. In summertime it can be tricky.

Very aggressive staff made me feel uncomfortable the whole time had to leave the accommodation three days early as i felt like my stuff was gonna get stolen by the staff not a good start to my trip ! Aha

No nos explicaron el funcionamiento de las instalaciones, y esto causó que nos tratara mal, con desprecio, gritos e finalmente con insultos. En HostelWorld, donde lo encontramos, tienen buenos comentarios; será de los pocos que han terminado la estancia, porque los de Google dejan mucho que desear, todos negativos. También es ridículo que los propietarios vayan contestando con ese tono, el problema lo tienen ellos.

La peor experiencia de mi vida en un hostal. NO ES UN SITIO SEGURO Acababamos de llegar y no supimos como abrir la puerta de abajo ya que no funciona bien. Aún no habiamos hecho el check in, por lo tanto no se nos habia explicado el truco de como abrir la puerta. Al llegar arriba el propietario se nos ha puestos a hablar de forma muy agresiva y amenazante porque no habiamos sabido abrir la puerta. Insultandonos con comentaris racistas y gritando como si se hubiera vuelto loco sin motivo alguno. Nos hemos asustado y hemos dicho que nos ibamos ya que no podiamos tolerar este trato tan agresivo. Cuándo hemos bajado la puerta seguia encallada y no podiamos abrirla. Se nos ha quedado muy cerca diciendo que se sentaba allí a mirar y que no nos ayudaria a abrir la puerta y asi no podriamos salir. Este momento ha sido realmente amenazante y aterrorizador ya que lo veiamos capaz de agredirnos. No es un sitio seguro, mirando ahora las reseñas vemos que ha tenido un comportamiento asi con varias personas.
