Wifi failed during the night & was still not working next morning. They were unable to do anything about it
The rooms r ridiculously large with 2 tvs but one did not even turn on. There was no channel guide. No USB charging ports so if u do not have Italian plugs, u cannot charge ur phones.

Fantastic location the hotel is in the center you can get around Palermo on foot.
As for the hotel, I can say that we didn't sleep the first night because we were assigned a room on the first floor and the area below is also pedestrian, the noise didn't let us rest. They changed our room to one on the second floor but inside it is smaller and we solved it.
Breakfast was not included so I can't rate the hotel staff as friendly enough.
I would stay here again just for the location

陽台套房，房間很大，衞生間的台盆有點年代感了！ 風景好，地理位置不錯，附近步行街很多餐廳，酒店對面就是機場大巴站！
