A luxury! We stayed three nights with my husband in this absolutely welcoming place. Much more than a B&B, almost a small luxury hotel. The spacious room (Grande Charme), with all the comforts and more... fluffy mattress and pillows, excellent quality bedding and towels, possibility of functional music, coffee maker, kettle and chocolates in the room, TV with streaming services , air conditioning. In the bathroom, quality amenities, hairdryer and iron for hair and even face lotion. We did not include breakfast for our stay but the place where it was served looked dainty and tempting. There is also a living room where you can hang out. Throughout the accommodation, the details of decoration and good taste stand out, as well as the dedication and effort they have put into making it feel very welcoming. The accommodation is located on the second floor by elevator in a building in a residential area. There is no parking available and if you drive, it takes time to find a free space on the street (as happens throughout the city), but there is a paid parking lot about two blocks away. I highlight the attention of Valeria, who kept in permanent contact with us since before check-in, advised us on walks and places to visit when we met her, super friendly and attentive. And faced with an unforeseen problem with the water on our last day (unforeseen that was not her responsibility at all), she apologized with attention to our stay. Thank you very much Valerie! I state that I travel very often and spend the night in Italian b&bs for an average of 10 days a month and I very rarely go to Sicily. I've only been to Palermo 2 times for work and I chose this structure based on the advertised photos and proximity to the office but since opening the front door I was enveloped in a sense of comfort that I have rarely experienced. The apartment is warm, clean, furnished with valuable elements and nothing is missing; unlimited coffee, tea and chocolates in addition to pay TV. Then the room is wonderful and the bed is very comfortable, like a cloud, and it is possible to adjust the intensity of light and background music as desired. It is almost useless to emphasize the courtesy and politeness of the owners, because the structure is their calling card. I leave this review for the benefit of those who want to be sure of a positive experience regarding their stay in one of the most beautiful Italian cities, emphasizing that I have not been invited or forced to write positively, but I gladly spend 10 minutes of my time to thank the managers for their attention to detail, reiterating that I will certainly come back to find them on my next visit to Sicily. I end by stating that despite having the possibility of reimbursement for 4-star hotels with a high budget limit, I much prefer b&b because in them, at least in some of them, I perceive the care and attention towards the customer.
