Viaggio di nozze ROVINATO!
Abbiamo pagato per una stanza con idromassaggio che non funzionava, ricevendo zero assistenza in merito. Le lenzuola erano macchiate, una capsula del caffè era stata lasciata da ospiti precedenti, le sedute dei divanetti esterni tutte sporche, le piante del balcone tutte morte.
Non consiglierei questa struttura al mio peggior nemico!
Nè la manager, nè il proprietario si sono fatti vedere per scusarsi.
Grazie a Dio il secondo giorno abbiamo trovato assistenza solo grazie ad Andrea, Matteo e Francesca della reception, però era tardi oramai.
Questo hotel dovrebbe vergognarsi per lo scarso, se non assente, livello di attenzione verso il cliente.
