Had a amazing stay at Addaura Village. Beautiful location, good rooms and chill pool area. The staff was very friendly and nice! Special thanks to Ramona and Roy for all the help and service. They put in the extra effort to make our stay the best.

We stayed in this hotel for a conference with about 80 people. The structure is not very new, but offers a pleasant stay. The rooms are beautiful, ours large with sea view and two balconies. Excellent cleaning. The staff were very kind and very helpful. Breakfast a bit poor for a 4 star hotel. This needs to be expanded. We didn't use the swimming pool as summer was almost over.

I arrive in the evening and am welcomed at the reception where they accept my request for a room with a sea view. Clean, somewhat minimal room with few accessories in the bathroom (bath shower, all-in-one shampoo and bar of soap) a bit cheap for a 4 star hotel. In the colleagues' rooms there were also the bucket and the broom.... A negative aspect is the breakfast, the hot drinks are not served at the table and the coffee is served in a disposable glass even if they accepted the request to have it in a cup. Tables with plastic tablecloths not exactly clean, I struggled to find a less dirty table. Breakfast products to be improved for a 4 star, only 2 fruit yoghurts remained. Frozen eggs presumably hard-boiled but upon opening them you sadly discover that they are soft-boiled (so cold?!?). Given the situation, I preferred to skip lunch. Negative opinion shared with other fellow guests. The kindness of the people at the reception is appreciable (the two stars are for them)

Nice hotel. Sea view from the room we were in. Comfortable room with spacious fridge, bed and plenty of storage space. A great little terrace to stand up and see the sea from the room. Top notch staff, very welcoming and make the effort to speak French when it is difficult. Extra breakfast with Italian specialties. Very original decor. Too bad the relaxation area was under construction. So no spa available. We did not try the swimming pool with the beach opposite. But the swimming cap is obligatory. Opposite the hotel, 2 minutes away, there are several coves where locals come to swim without too many tourists. To go to Mondello Beach you have to take either a bus in 5 minutes you are there (not very regular and punctual). Where on foot in 20 min. Next to the hotel there is a supermarket, restaurant and bakery. It was perfect!

Hospitality, cleanliness and swimming pool excellent, rooms a little small, restaurant service sufficient, menu poor but good because hotel: menu 1 poor they don't change it every day the same things, external visitors menu 2 the 2nd and best all in all we were satisfied we had breakfast and dinner because we were always around, improving something might make you feel better.

All the staff were very friendly, especially the girls at the reception who were available for any eventuality. The breakfast is not abundant but very good and absolutely enough for everyone. Beautiful location with mountains and a stone's throw from a cliff overlooking the crystal clear sea. It takes five minutes to get to Mondello, both by bus and by car. Very clean and quiet swimming pool.
