When we arrived at the hotel no one was there. We rang the bell, waited 30 mins outside, before someone came from outside to allow us in. There is no receptionist at this hotel.
No one staying at the hotel.
They informed us breakfast is served outside premises 20 metre’s away from hotel’ Restaurant Leon’ , ( pictures on the website are misleading).
We felt insecure all the time as no member of the hotel is there. No information, no instructions.
They gave us vouchers for breakfast also 15% discount for dinner. It was a scam because the discount for dinner it was only 5%.
We’re very disappointed with the hotel and I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Had a fantastic stay for a short break to Palermo. The B&B is located in a good location on the edge of the old town and it’s a short walk to all the main tourist attractions. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Huge bathroom and an excellent shower made it a very nice experience. Floriana was an excellent host and answered all our questions, we would definitely visit here again if we return to Palermo. Highly recommended.

Perfect location, cleanliness certainly to be improved, breakfast certainly to be improved as it is external to the structure in a terrible location, administration on holiday therefore no possibility of having a tax receipt at the time of payment but deferred over time after various reminders, parking space not available despite not there were cars parked, a real shame.

New, clean, technological and truly very accessible structure. I'll tell you a very personal detail to help you understand better, after about 1.5 hours from receiving the keys and having checked out I got an incredible stomach ache and out of desperation I returned to the B&B, Miss Noemi, the Housekeeper, she had finished her shift and was leaving but given my urgency she was kind enough to REOPEN THE ROOM THAT I HAD DELIVERED TO ME, cleaned and tidied up, and gave me the opportunity to use the bathroom. Thank you infinitely, you will always be in my heart. BEST STRUCTURE IN SOUTHERN ITALY AMONG THOSE VISITED

We returned after two years to this structure and we can confirm the excellence! Everything spotless and fragrant! Shower in the room with fantastic water jets!!! The staff is always friendly, welcoming and professional. Very convenient because it is a stone's throw from the center and with the possibility of parking in the structure. Nice room although cleaning could improve. I booked by telephone, even the property prefers not to pay the percentage to Booking. They ask me for my credit card as a guarantee and so far so good. I'm walking around the city, I'm reached on my cell phone by a guy who says that I haven't paid and that I have to pay the amount agreed upon. Abbiamo pernottato in questo b&b per 8 notti, chiusura ed apertura automatizzata, camera e bagno super puliti e molto profumati, tutta la biancheria aveva un profumo pazzesco, ogni giorno venivano a pulire la camera, cambiavano ogni giorno gli asciugamani , pulivano la camera ed ogni giorno ci rifornivano di 2 bottigliette d'acqua, servizio impeccabile! Colazione ottima, buffet di dolce e salato, tutto squisito e freschissimo, siamo stati davvero benissimo, chiunque venga a Palermo consigliamo questo b&b. Grazie di tutto Cecilia & Federico
