The moment I entered the room I could smell a little bit of cigarette, but when I switch on the aircon, the smell disappeared. The room, the bedsheets and the towels were really clean. The only problem was that I could hear people going in and out the room and it’s super loud.
My stay include breakfast, but I think it could do better specially the eggs. And the coffee machine only provided espresso when I pressed macchiato or cappuccino.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

Arrivati verso le 14 le stanze non erano pronte e siamo andati a visitare Palermo. Tornati in serata verso le 19 abbiamo avuto la sorpresa,stanze molto decadute, in 5 avevamo 3 stanze 1 doppia così piccola che non si poteva neanche aprire la valigia,un'altra con una piccola finestrella ad altezza più di 2 m in caso di incendio non si poteva scappare,comunicato alla reception non hanno fatto niente. La mattina incontrato 2 ragazze che uscivano dalla loro stanza e hanno detto che nei letti mancavano le lenzuola!!! Mai più in questo albergo

Номер чистый, есть хороший кондиционер, вай работает. В ванной газовая колонка, поэтому долго под горячим душем не намоешься

Hotel da INCUBO!
Blatte all’interno della camera e mille formìche sopra il piano della colazione, praticamente sul cibo…
Ho fatto notare alla signora che era all’accoglienza quello che avevo notato e mi ha prontamente risposto
-è normale che ci sono le formiche (ovviamente io ho risposto con una battuta, dicendole che a casa mia veramente non è normale, non è normale per niente vedere delle formiche sul cibo)…
Per la blatta mi ha risposto che dovevo essere io a chiamare il Tim delle pulizie e riferirlo!

Ps:anche il copri letto era sporco!
