酒店地理位置非常好 離市中心火車站海邊都很近！
去任何地點都很方便 處於老城區酒吧飯店一條街
晚上會比較熱鬧 但是也很吵
喜歡熱鬧的話這裏非常適合
離海邊也很近 去火車站轉車也不錯 周邊小吃有很多
酒店內部環境很好 早餐也很好吃 名副其實
房間裏面也很乾凈衞生！超級推薦🌟🌟🌟🌟

The hotel is very well located. You can for sure just walk anywhere. It was a bit tricky to find it, as we were driving from mainland and the hotel is located right in middle of the historical centre where cars are not allowed. But the hotel receptionist arranged for someone to come, pick up the car and park it. Breakfast is well served, with options of hot and salty food (as in Italy breakfast is mostly sweet). Rooms are very comfy and air worked well in one of the rooms. We were staying in a family joint room (family of 4). The room my kids were in didn't have a bed, but a sofa roll out bed. It was not comfortable to them (2 big teens sharing). I don't understand why they didn't have a bed, as the room was huge and it could easily fit 2 queens . The room had Frescos ceilings ( ceiling hand painted decorations) all around the ceiling in both rooms. It seemed that it was restored during the renovation. I have never seem something quite like it in all the hotels rooms I have stayed around the world. It was very special. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because it said on its description that they had laundry, but in reality they didn't. It was a paid service laundry. So we had to find somewhere to do laundry. The last thing is that I didn't find the hotel very clean. The floors inside the rooms were of dark wood and it was possible to see dirt.

Positives: The location is fantastic. Friendly staff. Breakfast was quite nice although the cakes tasted a bit old. Good Aircon. Clean. Negatives: It was very noisy and my husband didn't get a lot of sleep. Plug sockets are difficult to work out. Lighting was bad - super dark - they only used lamps to light the room which we found strange. No chairs on balcony. Would have rated better if it wasn't advertised as a four star. We did not feel that the hotel lived up to the standards of other four star hotels.

Bellissimo hotel in pieno centro a Palermo. Non abbiamo avuto bisogno di usare i mezzi pubblici perché era tutto raggiungibile a piedi. Personale eccellente. Benedetta la receptionist ci ha accolto come a casa, dandoci consigli su cosa fare e dove mangiare. Camere spaziose e pulite. Colazione abbondante e di qualità. Assolutamente consigliato!

Cinque giorni ospiti in questa dimora storica, nel cuore della Kalza, nel centro della via più lunga civile e animosa di Palermo, dal Porto al Palazzo Normanno, dal mare alla collina. La scelta della struttura si è rivelata felice sotto ogni aspetto: dalla bella camera, la 402, con terrazzino, silenziosa e moderna, pulita e confortevole, alla colazione suntuosa servita dalle 7:30 nel chiostro che collega le due ali. Calogero, alla reception, come il giovane portiere di notte, garbati e solleciti. Persone rassicuranti in una città contraddittoria.

Ho trovato il soggiorno in questo hotel favoloso; nonostante siano passati alcuni mesi dalla mia visita a Palermo, mi è rimasto nel cuore. La posizione è tremendamente perfetta! Facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, vicino al mare e dentro il centro storico. Il personale accogliente e disponibile, le camere spaziose e pulite, la colazione viene servita in una sala meravigliosa e trovi una varietà di prodotti incredibile di una qualità pazzesca. Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo.

Ho soggiornato per tre giorni in questo hotel, situato in una bella posizione nel centro della città. Ho trovato la camera spaziosa e pulita , con aria condizionata regolabile e dotata di kit di cortesia. Essendo rivolta sul cortiletto interno, era piuttosto silenziosa. Per quanto riguarda la prima colazione ,ne sono stata delusa, in quanto la varietà e la freschezza dei prodotti sono proprio ridotti al minimo: Nel complesso un hotel discreto, ma deludente come quattro stelle

L hotel è nella zona centrale della città, all inizio della zona pedonale. Non ha un insegna all esterno e l ingresso, con un bancomat e un hall grigia, è abbastanza tetro. Funziona soltanto 1 ascensore che ha una luce fioca. Le stanze sono grandi ma la testata del letto è un po' consumata, così come il pavimento del bagno. L arredamento è minimal ma non luminoso dato il colore alle pareti. Il pavimento della stanza è anche esso rovinato. Le stanze sulla via principale non sono ben isolate percui sentite le musica della movida. Non so se ci ritornerei.
