It was just outside the " non driving " zone witch was perfect and free parking on the street. Really helpful check in staff.

The room was very clean and comfortable with a fridge. However, it would have been more hospitable to have offered continental breakfast to be left in the communal kitchen as we were leaving at 7.30 to catch a train from palermo to Syracuse and we were informed that breakfast could not be served any earlier. The person who greeted us gave us some milk & teabags as we had arrived late evening after a long journey.

Modern B&B in vicinity of Cathedral Very nice, modern B&B on the second floor in an old palazzo. Room and bathroom were large, although the space around the bed was a bit tight. An Italian-style breakfast was provided and it was fine. It's a bit of a hassle to get in when you first arrive, since there is no host and instructions are messaged through WhatsApp. There is no elevator in this old building and luggage has to be hauled up two long flights of stairs. However, I definitely would stay there again in the future.

Perfect location for a comfortable stay The location of this place is within easy walking distance of most of the main attractions in Palermo. The Palermo cathedral is an easy 1-3 minute walk. We were there for New Years and could find any number of places to watch the fireworks. So many good restaurants in the area. The place itself is kept incredibly clean and its quiet. The staff are friendly and shared with us things to do in the city during our stay. The bed was comfortable and we felt well rested in the mornings. Highly recommend

Posizione fantastica, ad una ventina di metri dalla Cattedrale. Seminascosto, si entra da un portone anonimo (non fosse per la piccola insegna sarebbe introvabile), si trova al secondo piano (senza ascensore) di un vecchio palazzo ben ristrutturato con concezione moderna. Anche il B&B è tutto moderno e ben arredato, pulitissimo con personale molto disponibile. Le stanze (almeno la nostra) non sono enormi ma sono comunque belle e funzionali. Bagno con doccia fantastica, prezzo congruo. Unici piccoli nei nei dettagli, nella doccia mancava un ripiano dove appoggiare shampoo ecc e le prese della corrente sono un po’ mal posizionate, se no sarebbe perfetto.
