The hotel was not obvious for us - when we arrived, we drove around for about 10 minutes looking for a sign before parking on the wrong side of the road, and having to call for instructions. It was our fault, as the hotel tried contacting us earlier in the day but we did not have signal to take the call. Once we were instructed to the right place, it was super straightforward as Gianluca buzzed us in remotely, and upon verifying ID, let us into the unit and our bedroom. The lift in the building was super cool - for this experience alone I recommend staying in this hotel.
The room was charming. Our previous hotel was a suite so this felt a bit small, but it was homely all the same. The small downside was how warm it felt in the room. The air conditioning wouldn't work with the windows open, but it wasn't running very strong. At night, we preferred keeping the window open for some fresh air instead. The poster bed added a quaint and romantic feel to the room, and we were absolutely spoilt with a surprise of a bottle of Prosecco as a gift! Of course, the highlight of the whole place was the jacuzzi in the bathroom. As we both had to do some work and also were tired from a road trip, all of these little touches made the stay in this hotel incredibly luxurious for us. I really recommend this place for a romantic getaway or a honeymoon.

I really enjoyed my stay despite some minor issues. The suite was modern, well designed, clean with comfortable mattress and sheets. We were few minutes walk to Palermo Central Train/ Bus station, so when traffic is high, no need to take a cab and be stressed, you just pick up your luggage and walk. The property manager was very nice to us. The area was a bite odd, but I felt safe. Please note it would have been better to return before 22:30 if you were on foot. I travelled with my mum and my kid so I certainly needed an elevator. You have to give the door a Hard Push either to the elevator or your suite room and everything will be fine. I had one day an issue with the shower as the drain was clogged and a lot of water went onto the floor, my mum tried to fix it with some towels. As a Civil Eng., I understand that some technical workers did not do properly their work and I do respect someone else property, so I immediately sent a message to the manager to fix it. In the meanwhile I showered in the small bathroom we had in order to save time and enjoying our holiday. On our return it was fixed. Finally, Palermo is an very interesting city with friendly people and I particularly enjoyed my double cappuccino at Gran Cafe TORINO and dinner at SciuRum restaurant.

Good choice for one night in Palermo, close to the central station. The room was clean and the host was very helpful and kind. Had some trouble sleeping, bought some ear plugs because the walls are not soundproof and could hear anything from the next room and from the street, with the windows closed.

Very bad experience. Dirty room, stained sheets and blankets and the room smelled of cigarette smoke. Furthermore, we did not find the necessary items for the sofa bed as agreed before booking.

They reassured me about the elevator, because I was going with a person with physical difficulties. The elevator wasn't working and the neighbors of the building say it happens all the time because it's old. They couldn't give me a repair solution and I was forced to cancel the reservation on the spot and look for another accommodation. They promised me on the phone to refund the prepayment plus the difference of the new accommodation if it was more expensive. After hours of searching on the street with our suitcases, we find a slightly more expensive structure with a lift. Not only that they take a week to replace the prepaid card after repeatedly insisting, but they don't pay me the difference in price and I no longer respond to my messages. A great inconvenience, waste of time and money, zero professionalism or work ethic. Never again

All very positive, quick self check-in, room with all the essential comforts, complete with prosecco and two bottles of water found in the mini fridge. Heating both inside the bathroom and the room. The hot tub is definitely the gem, very beautiful with all the various lights both on the roof and inside the tub. I think the only downside is the location of the b&b or that the rooms are practically attached to each other, but nothing to say about the room itself.

I stayed for two nights in this B&B. The location (not exactly central) is close to the station, and it didn't immediately give me a good impression, then upon entering the structure everything changes... a modern, well-kept and clean environment awaits you. The room is small, but equipped with everything you need (courtesy set in the bathroom, two bottles of water in the mini bar) to make your stay perfect. Mr. Davide, kind and professional, helped us during the check-in phases which in our case took place remotely. I recommend this structure for the quality and details of what is offered at a truly reasonable cost
