waiting 4 hours for check-in until 9pm, finally we had to cancel it, because they didn't come. they ruined our trip, i think all positive comments are fake . treating like this is really incredible Notttttt commended aspettando 4 ore per il check-in fino alle 21, alla fine abbiamo dovuto cancellarlo, perché non si sono presentati, incredibile!!! hanno rovinato il nostro viaggio.

Non posso recensire nè l' ospitalità nè l' alloggio, in quanto nonostante abbia dato 3 carte di pagamento valide, tra cui una carta di credito, mi è stato rifiutato il pagamento e cancellata la prenotazione a nemmeno un giorno dall'arrivo ritrovandoci a cercare un altro alloggio e a pagarlo il doppio. In tutto questo tempo non ha risposto alle mie chiamate e ha solo risposto al messaggio, mandato tramite booking, dando la colpa della disdetta ad esso e non facendosi più sentire.

Abbiamo scelto questa sistemazione per la vicinanza al centro (tutto raggiungibile a piedi) e al tempo stesso alla stazione, oltre che al prezzo per notte che reputo decisamente onesto; dobbiamo dire che tutto ha superato ampliamente tutte le nostre aspettative, nei giorni precedenti all' arrivo siamo stati contattati per sapere l' orario di arrivo che sarebbe stato al mattino, e anche se il check-in prevedeva il rilascio della stanza alle 14 già alle 11 noi eravamo in camera non prima però che la gentilissima Jenny ci avesse offerto il caffè, spiegato e consigliato come girare la città e cosa vedere, la stanza era pulitissima e anche la zona comune davvero pulita e arredata con gusto! Sicuramente se dovessimo tornare a Palermo tornerei qui! Super consigliato! Non ve ne pentirete!

Siamo stati a fine settembre. Le camere sono belle e ben pulite, frigo e caffè a disposizione. Le scale sono l'unico inconveniente, ma, in una città così particolarmente popolosa, ci può stare. Grazie per l'accoglienza e i consigli su dove mangiare!

Jenny è una ragazza d'oro, il B&B è carino e soprattutto molto funzionale. Ideale per girare Palermo, io mi sono appoggiato in questa struttura per necessità ospedaliere relative al Policlinico che si trova proprio a 50metri! Ho riscontrato: pulizia, gentilezza e disponibilità.

Arriviamo al B&B jennys place ma al citofono non risponde nessuno. Chiamiamo al telefono e ci risponde una ragazza che dice di non poter venire ad accoglierci né sul momento né in giornata. Aggiunge di aver tentato di avvisarci via mail ma di aver problemi con la posta. A tal punto ci dirotta sempre telefonicamente in una struttura che poi si rivelerà di scarsa qualità cancellandoci la prenotazione fatta su Booking. Sulla qualità della struttura jennys posso dire che dalle foto e recensioni dovrebbe essere sicuramente meglio di dove mi ha fatto dormire.

bellissimo b&B al centro di Palermo e poco distante dalla stazione del treno e degli autobus e oltre a essere vicino al centro è vicino anche ai mercati storici di Palermo. Pulito e molto confortevole, con le camere ben arredate e silenziose. Sicuramente consigliato
