Perfectly located for traipsing around Palermo, right in the centre of town. Rooms with beautiful tiled floors, high ceilings and walk-in shower. Special mention to the wonderful proprietor, Daniele, who's there to help with any problems you may have, book hire cars, etc. A great place to stay in hot, hectic Palermo.

Very stylish, big , modern rooms on the first floor of the building and high-tech system for self check-in / out on entry and leaving. Passports / I.D. should be copied and sent by email in advance . The pedestrianised leafy street outside has a fine big café / restaurant with plenty of outdoor and indoor space. Overall a very good location between the Via Roma and the Via R.Settimo shopping street which leads on to the Via Maqueda which has many restaurants between the Teatro Massimo and the Quattro Canti historic centre. Daniele was very helpful with gluten free options for my wife and in booking our shuttle to the airport at a good price – although the street outside is normally traffic free the taxi came to the door to collect us.. We would thoroughly recommend this accommodation and it was the most stylish and trendy place we stayed in Sicily.

We traveled Europe for 6wks and I give Belmonte 102 the highest rating for location, comfort, clean, and excellent personal hospitality and services. Danielle was exceptional in providing not only excellent service, but was an awesome travel guide showing us how and where to go to some locations not easily accessible. The bkfst was exceptional also after several weeks of only danish, expresso and little or no fruit at all other hotels. Loved the fruit, yogurt, and americano coffees he served. Danielle even hard boiled some eggs for us as no eggs had been served as a bkfst included at several other hotels as of then. The reasonable hotel fee was also a maxing! We had traveled with my 91yr old father which Danielle had kept an extra eye on while we were out. Would highly recommend Belmonte 102! Thank you Danielle for All of your exceptional extra services. We will be back 😊❤️

Ideal location for staying as tourists in Palermo; in the centre, an elegant pedestrian street, less noisy than many others. Good welcome service. The room could be better, a little dated. The French window was broken and as we couldn't close it we could hear the noise coming from outside.

A very nice structure, small but very well managed by Mr. Daniele who really made us feel at home .. In the heart of Palermo, in a strategic place to visit all the wonders of the city easily and in "a few steps". An experience to repeat and to recommend to all. Really enjoyable.

Palermo, Sicily, Puglia, Southern Italy united by the extraordinary hospitality of its people and at Belmonte 102 there is Daniele who lives up to this great characteristic. Since my arrival at the facility he has answered the countless questions I have asked him, he has always been available, attentive and smiling, truly an excellent host. The b&b is located in a very central pedestrian street, I reached all the major points of interest on foot. Cleanliness and order everywhere, comfortable bed, a pleasant breakfast. On my next return to Palermo which is beautiful, it will be my absolute reference. Super recommended.

This B&B is very welcoming and hospitable, the managers are very good, nice and kind, always available to help you and the rooms are very nice and the breakfast is excellent if you go to Palermo one day and look for a hotel I highly recommend it

Refined and well-kept environment, clean and in a beautiful area. The street is pedestrian, with nice shops and bars where you can have breakfast or eat, it is in the center and therefore very convenient. 102 Belmonte suite is located in an elegant building, with a doorman! The rooms are spacious and the bathroom, with window, has a huge shower with chromotherapy. Daniele is an excellent host, available but reserved. He helped us with tips for the city, and allowed us to leave our bags until our evening departure. I highly recommend it!!!
