Reception very helpful,rooms very clean. Would've liked tea/coffee making in own room. Huge door gaps allowing reception noise and light into room, and no blinds for morning sun as drapes/curtains on same track. Only lamp plugs, so ph charging means a lamp off. No easy instructions for Eng language on TV. Rubbish and teens gathering at entrance a bit off-putting

We stayed here for one night, we could hear rats screeching and scratching all night. We contacted the host and she said she could do nothing about it, we decided to stay as it’s in a dodgy area and we couldn’t find new accommodation in the middle of the night. The screeching got worse, we sent her videos of the noise, but she told her there was no rat, ignoring our complaint. I asked her nicely if we could work this out between us as I didn’t want to take this further by complaining or leaving a bad review. She then rang me and had a terrible attitude shouting at me over the phone when I simply and nicely requested a refund, which is the least she could do! We had to leave at 6am as we couldn’t bare to spend another minute in the place! Ruined our holiday and we had a book an earlier flight home. None of us got a wink of sleep. Worst hotel experience ever for all of us! Disgusting and extremely unprofessional. I wish I could attach the videos of the noise so others can hear just so bad it was!

We stayed two nights in this splendid B&B just a few minutes' walk from the centre, the bus stop to/from the airport and everything. Hospitality, cleanliness and functionality are the strong points. Nothing is missing to stay overnight after a day of visiting the city. Very spacious and comfortable en-suite bathroom. In the common area, between the rooms, a self-service table with fruit, sweets, juicer, coffee and tea awaits guests. For breakfast the property offers a voucher for coffee and croissant in the nearby bistro. Very very good quality/price ratio. Recommended to everyone!

Avoid this place. Dilapidated entrance, even worse elevator, arrogance and zero hospitality. We left. I ask Mrs. Noemi to specify what arrival time is IMPERATIVE (don't worry about anticipating) and that no mistakes are allowed and that you wish to donate our payment with Booking to charity.

I don't know who said it was a terrible B&B, we found it very nice, tastefully furnished and nothing was missing in the breakfast corner as well as being equipped with a voucher to have an additional breakfast at the bar. We will be back. We will definitely be back. We recommend it.

Il b&b si trova proprio nel centro di Palermo in un piazzale che non è molto Bello purtroppo..molto sporco sotto i Portici dove si trova il b&b. La camera è piccola ma ok , la TV spostata in alto a sinistra si può usare giusto come compagnia se non si vuole Avere il torcicollo, in camera non si trova Una penna, un bicchiere sinceramente e La 1 volta che mi capita in un b&b di Questo livello a Palermo e ne ho girati Diversi.gli asciugamani che mi sono stati forniti erano contati .. quello per asciugarsi dopo aver fatti la doccia direi molto piccolo per fortuna sono Basso e magro altrimenti una persona Di stazza maggiore non avrebbe potuto asciugarsi. In 2 notti passate qui mi è stata fornita una sola bottiglietta di acqua , il 2 giorno ne ho chiesto un altra Mi è stato risposto che ci sono tanti bar noi non offriamo altro.. solitamente tutti forniscono 2 bottigliette di acqua al giorno, la camera non mi è stata rimessa a posto dopo il 1 giorno e non mi sono stati cambiati neanche gli asciugamani ..proprietaria collaborativa solo a parole ...
