Excellent location near pedestrianised centre. Extremely kind and helpful host. Airy comfortable high ceilinged room with large noise-cancelling windows and air conditioning. Continental breakfast with fruit, cereals and yoghurt, excellent espresso. Very decent price.

Grazie a Riccardo per la sua disponibilità e gentilezza, appartamento datato in esterno ma ristrutturato internamente con 3 camere molto spaziose e servizi privati per ogni stanza. Molto comodo per spostarsi a piedi in centro, buona colazione. Peccato per il rumore, nonostante si trovi al 4°piano, è piuttosto rumoroso....il resto tutto molto piacevole. Consigliato!

Posto curato, molto pulito, comodo ai luoghi di interesse ed ai mezzi pubblici. Bagno non in camera, anche se ad uso esclusivo. Colazione all'italiana, abbondante. Gestore molto gentile e prodigo di consigli

D'abord un accueil vraiment très sympathique de Riccardo. En plus de nous avoir donner de bons conseils pour aller diner...Le logement est un grand appartement très confortable transformé en B&B, chambre très spacieuse avec son petit balcon sympas. Propreté irréprochable certainement a été rénové récemment. Petit déjeuner très convenable. Le logement est très bien placé 15mn à pieds du centre historique de Palerme. Un parking public abrité et sécurisé est à 200m à pieds de l'appartement. On le recommande vraiment.

Ottima posizione per visitare il centro di Palermo...camera ampia e pulitissima...il proprietario Riccardo un ottimo padrone di casa, disponibile e pronto a dare ottimi consigli. Altro punto di forza il parcheggio coperto Orlando di fianco al tribunale, abbiamo lasciato la macchina ferma per 3 giorni.
