Staff there provide excellent service and proactive offer assistance. They are polite and happy everyday. 5 star for their enthusiasm. Hotel is beautiful and occupy own privacy. Closed to every tourist spot.

터미널서 걸어서 10분인 위치도 좋고 요새를 개조한 시설도 좋고 특히 매니저들의 친절도가 극상. 위치 자체가 한국과 너무 멀어 특별한 일 아니면 오긴 어렵겠지만 팔레르모에 언젠가 다시 온다면 또 묵고 싶음. 유일한 단점이라면 배관이 막힌건지 샤워실 물이 제때 안내려가서 실내 전체의 습도가 높음. 대신 화장실 인근에는 유럽에서 찾아보기 어려운 온돌이 깔려있음.

Quiet and relaxing. Great restaurants within a few minutes walk. Easy to walk downtown to see the sights. Would stay here again.

Loved our stay! Staff especially Paoblo were amazing, always willing to help and books restaurants or transfers. Well located within walking distance to all sites and a square with plenty of bars and restaurants just outside. Breakfast was a good selection. Our room was on the smaller side, ok for us but others may not like. Pool and garden areas are lovely 😍 Beautiful hotel.

Highly recommend this small boutique hotel. What a wonderful experience. The hotel is tucked away in a lovely part of Palermo, easy access to many interesting places the train station and there are a number of fantastic restaurants that come to life in the evening. The staff at the hotel were courteous, professional, helpful and polite. The hotel itself is an oasis of calm. I would highly recommend.

The hotel itself is excellent. You feel like you are in a true oasis. However the immediate area around isn’t that great. During the day we felt safe to walk around. However at night it is a bit sketchy and the garbage from buildings kept piling up. Even knowing this. I truly loved the place.
