It was a great place to stay. I enjoyed it a lot. The rooms were also alright. The pool was nice. It wasn't that good that it was not close to the beach. That was a but inconvenient, but otherwise it was alright. The thing I liked the most though was the hospitality of Mr. Pantelis. He was amazing.

The Best part of this hotel was the pool and air conditioning. The Mermaid bar/restaurant is permanently closed. You get a basic breakfast and that is all. There is no other open restaurant. It is all closed. The hotel is a mile walk to the nearest shop and a bit further to Lipades. To stay here you must have transport as there is also no bus service. Unfortunately we chose a bad time to visit as the manager walked out after a couple of days and Clyde a young Philippine lad was left to try and hold the fort. As you may guess we had no transport and taxis are very hard to get and we often had to manage with just breakfast! Forget a food delivery service they won’t go out that far! It is a shame as it could have been good

We were fooled by the pictures but this was our worst holiday accommodation EVER! Pool bar closed, pool surround overgrown and mud not grass, nearly all lounger beds either broken or filthy, pool area never cleaned from one day to next, frogs in pool, restaurant closed and now a dumping ground for junk, breakfast appalling with stale bread you could knock someone out with, bar practically empty of any products, no snacks of any description available during day, and the worst part of all sewage flooding out of a downstairs toilet several times during our stay. 5 out of 8 of our party fell ill with sickness and diarrhoea during our holiday and I’m sure the sewage was to blame. We also had broken beds, blocked toilets & 2 rooms booked as Mountain View looked onto another scruffy balcony! The new owners of this hotel ACROSS have refused us any kind of compensation! Thankfully we have managed to get some small recompense from Last Minute.com. We Paid £££‘s for this holiday and it was ruined by a poorly managed/owned hotel that is now totally run down. The pictures were obviously taken before COVID when the hotel perhaps did have things open! IGNORE the pictures they are lies! AVOID this hotel at all costs!

The worst hotel experience I have ever had. My boyfriend and I booked a stay for 7 nights at this hotel through ********** prior to arriving in Corfu. When we showed up at the hotel we saw a closed gate and behind the gate, we saw a big mess with pool chairs laying all over, an empty pool and overall just a very dirty and messy place. After talking to the arrogant manager we were moved to another hotel for one night and we were told we had to go back to the dirty Paradise Inn the next day. We refused to stay at that hotel and after long discussions with both the manager of the hotel and **********, we were rebooked to a much nicer hotel. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Initially, with the whole company that owns all the hotels, we couldn't find a solution for the whole month because they couldn't find a reservation, once they lost it anyway, we arrive at half past noon, they tell us your room will be ready in a little while, we wait like hell after no 40 minutes the unacceptable receptionist comes who introduced himself as manager, floor manager and I don't remember what else and led us to the room that was on the other end without any offer to help with the bags but that's not the case .. we get to the room and I face two "beds" God forbid they make a divan as they called it in my village and a couch while I have booked a double room with a double bed something that they didn't note but it didn't bother them even if I hadn't said it when I mentioned it a dozen times.. So the rude receptionist tells us I didn't know and continues saying go outside the room and we'll see what happens... We go down again in the heat and after a quarter of an hour he comes and tells us that he contacted the management, the "manager " and that we will either stay in it or leave simply to inform them not to prepare the contract due to social tourism.... it goes without saying that we found another hotel and left and in the end while we were telling him that we were leaving ironically he told us good way and our comments about rudeness and inconvenience caused to us he replied that he is not responsible and that he has no business with the reservations.... The manager again I say... In conclusion not to comment on the stench and awful smell in the reception area and the room it was the.less... shame its 3 stars... I wonder how they got 3 stars... Don't ever prefer it for any reason! Unacceptable and rude!

Terrifying. Starting from the fact that before arriving we were unable to get in touch with the hotel (I don't answer the phone or email) due to a problem (which they didn't resolve) I even had serious doubts about whether the hotel really existed. When we got to the room we found hair in the shower, the toilet destroyed and in the common corridor used toilet paper on the floor for 2 days. The pillow was very dirty and the bed had no sheets but a kind of cloth that moved during the night and remained in contact with the filthy mattress. The shower was very small and covered by a dirty towel, you couldn't take a shower without completely flooding the entire bathroom. During the night we were continually woken up by doors being slammed. Insects in the room. The breakfast was disgusting and the tables were surrounded by bees. The gentleman at reception was rude. Nightmare, don't go there

Dilapidated hotel which has just opened after 2 years of closure following covid, no catering, breakfast little variation, fruit juice not good, pool shower HS, friendly staff the only positive point. Too bad because there is potential but a lot of renovation to do.

The hotel my family and I stayed at for 5 nights was by no means the neat hotel shown in the photos. I would even say that this is a regular scam. The hotel when we went there had only been open for 15 days and it is logical that it was not able to accommodate customers but it did, which makes irresponsible those who were responsible for the management of the hotel. Of course if we had known what condition he was in we would not have booked rooms. The building was generally derelict with quite a bit of mold on its exterior. The pool, although in ideal conditions, was dirty with leaves and stains on the bottom. The pool bar shown in the photos was not working and all that was there was an abandoned barbecue. The hallway smelled musty and the rooms although quite clean had not been checked before we came. Half the lamps were burning and some were not even there. The towels, washed or not, had yellow and red stains on them, probably from rust or I don't know what else. The number of staff was minimal. The cleaners avoided the detailed cleaning of the rooms as much as they could, while the person in charge at the reception-waiter gave us cheap excuses and made fun of us in front of our faces trying to flatter us. One day we also had to wait until eight o'clock in the evening for the hot water to come due to a fault in the hotel which they did not hurry to fix.
