Dirty mattress and full of humidity. Their photos don’t match reality they advertise a boutique hotel surrounded by nature, instead what we got was an outdated room with moldy mattresses and bad costumer service. Price- value not worth it

We booked a 2 night stay here and when we arrived the staff had barricaded the entrance and we’re striking! Turns out the owner has now shut the hotel down. Luckily we booked through an agency and they refunded us after the confirmed this was the case!

Bel établissement dans la verdure, un peu à l'écart du centre. Même si le bruit de la route s'entend, le trafic est faible la nuit. Les chambres sont de petites cases, plutôt spacieuse. Une grande douche avec de l'eau chaude (ne pas trop s'y attarder non plus, sinon il n'y en a pas pour 2). Comme partout au Mexique, l'humidité est là. Une belle piscine au fond. Le petit déjeuner est sommaire mais suffisant pour bien commencer la journée. S'il était réussi le premier jour, le second était une déception. Il y avait de petits insectes dans le muesli. Pas de restaurant dans l'hôtel, il y en 2 à côté. Nous avons préféré prendre la voiture pour aller dans le centre à 5 minutes.

Boutique hotel immerso nel verde. Bungalow carini e bel arredati. Ci abbiamo passato una notte di passaggio da un tour, quindi non vissuto a pieno. A pochi passi c'è un ristorante dove abbiamo cenato ma eravamo l'unico tavolo... La colazione proposta la mattina deludente. Una mini misera ciotolina di burro e una di marmellata in 2.. (tipo porta uovo), qualche fetta di pane tostato, un piatto di frutta. Quando abbiamo chiesto delle semplici uova strapazzate ci ha guardato strano ma non ci ha avvisato che dovevamo pagarle extra. Alla fine al check out ci ha presentato il conto di 180 pesos (9€) per le uova strapazzate.. Assurdo!! A loro le uova costano niente e ne fanno uso quotidiano. Sono rimasta basita... Da rivedere la colazione ed inserire un menù a la carte con prezzi per gli extra.

Excelente atención del grupo que ofrece los diferentes servicios. Hicieron de la estancia un par de días extraordinarios. El hotel es muy bonito y la habitación muy cómoda.La cama y almohadas invitan al sueño profundo. El que te lleven el desayuno a la habitación y desayunar en su terraza hace de la.estancia un momento mágico.

L'hôtel est beau et à l'écart dans l a jungle, les bungalo sont confortables et propres et le personnels tres arrangeant. Prévoir un peu de temps à l'hôtel pour vraiment en profiter pleinement.

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en este hotel y me gusta mucho, lo mejor es la alberca y el silencio del lugar. El personal es amable y ha mejorado en su trato, lo cual aplaudo. Si te gusta la naturaleza y encontrarte con la fauna del lugar, este lugar te gustará.
